Έχουν γίνει πολλές αλλαγές αλλα η καλυτερη αλλαγη που εχει πραγματοποιηθει εως τωρα ειναι η αναβαθμιση του γυμναστηριου σε group personal και η απολυτη μεριμνα της διευθυνσης οσον αφορα την ασφαλεια των μελων καθως και των επισκεπτων του γυμναστηριου. Θεσπιση των ραντεβου και μεγιστου αριθμου ατομων ανα χωρο καθως και η πραγματοποιηση μαθηματων σε εξωτερικους χωρους ειναι μονο η αρχη αυτης της αλλαγης. Η στιβαρη οργανωση, η απολυτη πειθαρχια των κανονων υγιεινης αλλα και η γρηγορη διαμορφωση και επιβολη αυτων ειναι η αιτια που το γυμναστηριο Physis Fitness Club αποτελει τη πρωταρχικη μου επιλογη και το συνιστω ανεπιφυλακτα σε οποιον σεβεται την υγεια του.
 I have been a member of the gym for 30 years. Many changes have been made but the best change that has been made so far is the upgrade of the gym to group personal and the absolute concern of the management regarding the safety of the members as well as the visitors of the gym. Establishing appointments and the maximum number of people per area as well as conducting courses outdoors is only the beginning of this change. The solid organization, the absolute discipline of the rules of hygiene but also the quick configuration and enforcement of them is the reason that the Physis Fitness Club is my primary choice and I highly recommend it to anyone who respects his health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το επισκέφθηκα γιατί είμαι σε αναζήτηση γυμναστηρίου, απρόσωπο, κρύος χώρος .. Γενικά η εκτίμηση μου είναι no money for value....!Και μετά την αγενέστατη απάντηση μετά από μια αρνητική κριτική..που εκεί φαίνεται το επίπεδο μιας επιχείρησης κ πως μπορεί να το διαχειριστεί.. νομίζω πως καταλαβαίνετε όλοι τι εννοούσα για ψυχρό περιβάλλον..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από αρκετό καιρό απουσίας από χώρους γυμναστηρίων, αποφάσισα να ξεκινήσω στο physis, οι εντυπώσεις μετά από 2 μήνες είναι άριστες, πολύ οργανωμένος χώρος, ο/ οι ιδιοκτήτες και το προσωπικο είναι συνεχώς διακριτικά από "πάνω", φιλικοί κι ευγενικοί, προσπαθώντας να βοηθήσουν και να στηρίξουν. Ιδιαίτερα ασφαλής χώρος σε ότι αφορά την τήρηση υγειονομικών πρωτοκόλλων και κυρίως στην βοήθεια που παιρνω στην εκτέλεση των ασκήσεων κ την χρήση των οργάνων.
After a long absence from the gym, I decided to start in physis, the impressions after 2 months are excellent, very organized space, the owners and staff are always discreet from above, friendly and polite, trying to help and support. Particularly safe place in terms of compliance with health protocols and especially in the help I receive in the execution of exercises and the use of instruments.
