First of all, it is a quaint little mountain village, the landscaping is just beautiful, the views are breathtaking, the restaurant feels like an ancient stone home, and best of all...was the little greeter that ran up to cars, tail a-wagging, then she proceeded to lead us right to the door, and then off she went to greet the next car, adorable.
The service was fantastic, the young lady listened to us, reeled off the daily menu and explained the dishes in both Greek and English. Oh the food, wow I could not stop eating it was that good. This is a place one can eat until they have to unzip/unbutton pants so to keep eating. Great home-cooked food based on the seasons daily offerings. On a cool fall day, we had cabbage salad, Marusi salad, village bread, feta spread, grilled pork chops (ahhhmaazing), slow roasted lamb and fried potatoes and every single morsel was amazing, every bite. I highly recommend this place, don't wait, just go.
