★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building looks big but not so big. About the quality of the clothes, I wear it once or twice. It was nice to be able to purchase various clothes at the underground children's corner and buy underwear as well. It seems to be able to buy child clothes cheaper than adult clothes. I am willing to go back once more to buy underwear.

I love H&M Handbags and purses too. Make up and Hair accessories are very good quality. Very reasonable and affordable store. I love shopping there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great quality, Just the problem is, Last time when I went to that shop, I was wearing a mask, but when I testing the clothes I forget my mask on 2nd floor, when I came on cash counter I Apologise them, but the gate keeper using bad behaviour, and say get out from here.

nice designs but quite average quality of items which don't last very long. they could try to offer some better quality items, like ZARA does, for people who are willing/able to pay for them, as it seems a great pity to waste a great design on items that are made of less than average fabric. to top it all - i have received several items in the past with stitches that were quite badly done.
the prices are not that low having in mind that the items are of a less than average quality that won't last very long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff forgot to take out the anti-theft mechanism off my jumper, had to rush over there the morning after because I was leaving Athens the next day. Not even a typical apology for the trouble I went through or anything. Not professional. The store itselft is full of dull colors and a it's a bit suffocating. Three stars because the person that responded on the call center of HM was very very helpful and extremely kind!
