★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελία από 04/04 και ακόμη δεν έχουμε παραλάβει. Η εξυπηρέτηση άθλια μου λένε χαζά πράγματα κανείς δεν ασχολείται. Δεν θα ξανά παραγγείλουμε ποτέ είναι ντροπή. Η μεταφορική επίσης ECONT για γέλια.

Αγενή παιδάκια που δε συστήνονται στον πελάτη με ονοματεπώνυμο όπως αρμόζει σε μια σοβαρή εταιρεία και έναν υπεύθυνο εργαζόμενο, αλλά χρησιμοποιούν μόνο το μικρό τους όνομα. Επίσης μιλούν στον ενικό, με ανεπίτρεπτη μαγκιά και δίνουν την εντύπωση ότι σου κάνουν και χάρη που σε εξυπηρετούν. Οι παραγγελίες μόνιμα καθυστερημένες, η econt που κάνει ένα μέρος της διανομής είναι για γέλια και η acs που κάνει το υπόλοιπο ανεπαρκής. Τους τα έχω πει και τα έχω γράψει άπειρες φορές. Σταματάω να είμαι πελάτης και αποθαρρύνω υποψήφιους νέους πελάτες. Δυστυχώς η Η&Μ δε σέβεται τους ανθρώπους που την στηρίζουν ως πελάτες και που της δίνουν λόγο ύπαρξης. Κρίμα.
