★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here yesterday night and honestly feel scammed. Thought it would be nice because outdoor seating looked lovely, but had a terrible experience with service and quality. Souvlaki, cheese dip, and calamari all overpriced and underwhelming. Waiters also quite rude and dismissive; every interaction felt curt and insulting. Was it because we were tourists? I don’t know. Should have eaten across the street. I’m hurt. Consoled by the fact that our main waiter looked like a grown up version of Sid Phillips from Toy Story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was below average, standard traditional dishes but the flavor was missing. We were not impressed. Also the staff wasn't wearing masks or gloves and that made me nervous. They held the plates with their fingers almost touching the food. Would not recommend, especially at these times we're living in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with superb hospitality from the personnel and very low prices. Among others we had the 2 persons grilled meat variety (only 15€!). The chicken was so juicy, the meatballs were tender and delicious. I can keep on going for 10 pages! The fine materials they use combined with their excellent cooking skills, will give you delicious food and a great experience. Also the owner Kostas is the perfect example of the well known Greek hospitality! I highly recommend the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit more than a bit disappointing with the fried liver of lamb: it was basically some pieces of liver mixed with kidney (though I do eat both as a Chinese), with 1/4 of a lemon as side dish...
I also felt sorry for the sad waiters - it required much much self motivation to serve such food - unfortunately it was late afternoon and they were just too tired...
This was the last restaurant I tried on the Plateia Varnava, but it was the worst...
