★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding food and friendly service! We were recommended this place by our AirBnB host. The place is cozy and small. The owner was super friendly and explained in great detail about ALL the items on the menu and translated all the Greek into English. The food was absolutely perfect from the quality ingredients, to the preparation, to the seasoning. It was so good that the other people i went here with dont eat vegetables very often but had multiple orders of the aubergines, greek salad, and squash. The meatballs, phyllo and feta, and tomato and pepper omlet were excellent as well. For deserts we had greek yogurt with candied pumpkin and a walnut cake that were absolutely perfect. He even served his own homemade raki. The aspect o enjoyed most is that all this excellent food came from a small kitchen without a ton of sophisticated equipment. The fresh ingredients and superior techniques make this place a great gem outside of the normal tourist areas. Make sure to check it out if your in the neighborhood!
