Μου έφεραν τα βραστά λαχανικά χωρίς τις πατάτες ενώ έλεγε ότι η μερίδα περιλαμβάνει βραστές πατάτες. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο και η απαντηση ήταν ότι δεν είχαν βρασμενες. 1ον.ειχαν τον χρόνο να βράσουν και 2ον μην παίρνετε πρωτοβουλίες να στέλνετε παραγγελίες με δικές σας επιλογές. Ο πελάτης παραγγέλνει αυτό που βλέπει. Εάν δεν είναι να το στείλετε έτσι ακριβώς να ενημερώνετε τον πελάτη. Ευχαριστώ! (σημ. Τουλάχιστον ήταν ευγενικοί στο τηλέφωνο και θα μου στείλουν τις πατάτες ξεχωριστά, δυστυχως θα πρέπει να περιμένω παρόλο που έκανα την παραγγελία πρωί για να την έχω το μεσημέρι να φάω)...
