 Completely unprofessional behavior! They canceled appointments without even noticing saying that it was wrong on time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΟΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ!!! Δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει μεγαλύτερη αγένεια και απροθυμία από την "κυρία" που δουλεύει εκεί. Έψαχνα για ώρα το κατάστημα καθώς δεν αναγράφονταν κάπου πως βρίσκονταν σε όροφο και όταν αποφάσισε να σηκώσει το τηλέφωνο για να μου εξηγήσει και τελικά έφτασα με έδιωξε λέγοντας πως άργησα πάνω απο το προβλεπόμενο 10λεπτο (ήταν 12 τα λεπτά). Της εξήγησα το λόγο και της ζήτησα ευγενικά να μου κάνει μόνο βαφή και όχι ίσιωμα αν δεν προλαβαίνει γιατί ερχόμουν απο μακρυά και μου πε να κάνω ένα δυωράκι βόλτα και να ξαναπάω αν θέλω με πολύ ύφος και πολλά άλλα. ΜΗΝ ΠΑΤΕ
THE WORST!!! I have not encountered more rudeness and reluctance than the "lady" who works there. I was looking for the store for a while as they did not indicate where they were on the floor and when he decided to pick up the phone to explain to me, I finally reached out and said I was late for the estimated 10 minutes (it was 12 minutes). I explained her the reason and kindly asked her to do only dyeing and not straightening if she didn't get it because I was coming from far away and she asked me to take a walk and go again if I wanted with much style and more. DO NOT GO
