A	Angeliki Zafeiratou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά αισθάνομαι ντροπή για τον τρόπο που φερθηκατε σε πελάτες σαν εμας που σας στήριζαν για τόσα χρόνια με τόση συνέπεια. Είχα προπληρώσει για κάποια χτενίσματα παίρνοντας μια καρτα για την οποία ουδέποτε με είχαν ενημερωσει ότι λήγει μετά από κάποιο χρονικό διάστημα . Πηγαίνοντας σήμερα στο ταμείο με ενημέρωσαν σα να μιλάνε σε σκουπίδι ότι αποφάσισαν να αυξήσουν τις τιμές και δεν ισχύει πλέον αυτή η καρτα και τα χτενίσματα που είχα ήδη πληρώσει . Στο τέλος μου κάνανε τη «χάρη» να μου χαρίσουν το ένα χτένισμα της κάρτας και η ιδιοκτήτρια μου είπε με απαίσιο ύφος ότι δεν πρόκειται να μου επιστρέψει την καρτα πίσω . Μέσα στα νεύρα όπως πάντα ! Το ίδιο ακριβώς συνέβη και με αλλά δυο μέλη της οικογένειας μου. Δεν τίθεται θέμα για τα 40€ που μας κλέψανε συνολικά αφού τα είχαμε ήδη προπληρώσει αλλά για την απαράδεκτα αγενή συμπεριφορά και το ύφος των ιδιοκτητών. Δεν ξέρω πραγματικά σε ποιους νομίζετε ότι απευθύνεστε. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά για τον τρόπο σας και την ψυχρή συμπεριφορά σας και ελπίζω να ειμαστε οι μοναδικοί πελατεσ στους οποίους δεν απευθύνατε ποτε μια καλημέρα και ένα χαμόγελο γιατί αλλιώς δεν ξέρω πως θα συνεχίσει να στέκεται η επιχείρηση σας διώχνοντας τους πελάτες σας και αυτό είναι πολύ αδικο για το προσωπικό που έχετε. I really feel ashamed of the way you treated customers like us who have supported you for so many years with so much consistency. I had prepaid for some hairstyles by getting a card for which I had never been informed that it expires after a while. Going to the cash register today, they informed me as if they were talking in the trash that they had decided to increase the prices and this card and the hairstyles that I had already paid are no longer valid. In the end, they did me a favor by giving me one of the card's hairstyles, and the owner told me in a horrible way that she wasn't going to return my card. Inside the nerves as always! The same thing happened with two other members of my family. It is not a question of the € 40 that was stolen from us in total since we had already prepaid them, but of the unacceptable rude behavior and style of the owners. I don't really know who you think you're addressing. I'm really sorry for your way and your cold behavior and I hope we are the only customers to whom you never addressed a good morning and a smile because otherwise I don't know how your business will continue to stand out chasing your customers and that is very unfair to the staff you have.
