Μεγάλη ποικιλία, προϊόντα value for money και προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό όποτε δε νομίζω πως λείπει κάτι!!!! Για κακή μου τύχη έκανα online παραγγελία για το μηχάνημα που αφαιρεί την ψαλίδα . Ελαβα το προϊόν το οποίο δεν κάνει τίποτα παρά μόνο να καταστρέφει την τρίχα κ να πιάνονται ολα τα μαλλιά μέσα από την ρίζα . Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους πριν τη λήξη των 14 ημερών ότι το μηχάνημα δεν κανει τη δουλειά που υπόσχεται κ θέλω μα το επιστρέψω πίσω για να πάρω τα χρήματα μου . Από την αρχή φαινότανε ότι θα πήγαινε στραβά το πράγμα. Μετά από μεγάλη προσπάθεια συνεχόμενων emails και τηλεφωνημάτων που αγνοούσανε τους ανέφερα ότι θα ανοίξω την υπόθεση στην υποστήριξη του καταναλωτή κ επιτελους απάντησαν στο τηλέφωνο Συμφωνήθηκε να στείλουμε το προϊόν πίσω ωστε να γίνει η επιστροφή χρημάτων. Η πρόθεση μου ήταν να στείλω το προϊόν πίσω με την speeded εταιρία courier που συνεργάζονται αλλά ήτανε κλειστά. Τηλεφώνησα ξανά στην Hairlux, μίλησα με την κυρία Μπόικου Ειρήνη( κάτοχος της συγκεκριμένης εταιρίας ) να ρωτήσω αν θα μπορούσα να στείλω το προϊόν με το ταχυδρομείο που ήτανε ανοιχτά κ είπε οκ . Έτσι κ έκανα . Το δέμα έχει φτάσει εδώ και 14 μέρες εκεί. Δεν έχω πάρει τα χρήματα μου πίσω και κάθε φορά που παίρνω τηλέφωνο για να μάθω τι συμβαίνει μου το κλείνει στα μούτρα. Έχω κανει καταγγελία στο δίκαιο του καταναλωτή. Και θα κάνω ότι περνάει από το χέρι μου για να πάρω τα χρήματα μου αλλά πιο πολύ το δίκαιο μου πίσω. Οι συνομιλίες είναι όλες καταγεγραμμένες στο μεταξύ και αυτό δεν θα το αφήσω έτσι. Το θέμα δεν είναι πλέον οικονομικό αλλά πιο πολύ ηθικό. Κάποια στιγμή πρέπει να σταματήσει αυτή η κατάσταση με υποτιθέμενες εταιρίες που πουλάνε σκουπίδια κ εμείς τα πληρώνουμε για χρυσό. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΛΟΙΠΟΝ ΓΙΑΤΙ Η ΕΤΑΙΡΙΑ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΜΙΑ ΜΕΓΑΛΗ ΑΠΑΤΗ. Unacceptable customer service. Unrivaled staff. The company is a scam. Unfortunately I placed an online order for the machine that removes the scissors. I received the product which does nothing but destroy the hair and hold all the hair through the root. I contacted them before the end of the 14 days that the machine does not do the job it promises and I want to return it to get my money. From the beginning it seemed that things would go wrong. After much effort, continuous emails and phone calls that ignored them, I stated that I would open the case in support of the consumer and finally they answered the phone. It was agreed to send the product back so that the money can be returned. My intention was to send the product back to the speeded courier company they work with but it was closed. I called Hairlux again, talked to Ms. Boyou Irini (owner of this company) to ask if I could send the product by post which was open and she said ok. So I did. The package has been there for 14 days. I have not taken my money back and every time I pick up the phone to find out what is happening it closes in my face. I have made a complaint to consumer law. And I will do my best to get my money but most of all my right back. The conversations are all recorded in between and I will not leave that like that. The issue is no longer economic but more moral. At some point this situation with supposed companies that sell garbage must stop and we pay for gold. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS A GREAT FRAUD.
I	Ioanna Angeli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτα απογοητευμένη! Μετά από αγορά μας από το Hair Lux τηλεφωνήσαμε να αναφέρουμε ότι το πιστολάκι που αγοράσαμε ήταν ελαττωματικό. Στην αρχή όλα φάνηκαν υπέροχα. Ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική η γυναίκα με την οποία μίλησα και μου είπε ότι μπορούμε να το πάμε πίσω για επισκευή εφόσον ήταν μέσα στην εγγύηση. Πήγα λοιπόν στο κατάστημα, άφησα το πιστολάκι με την εγγύηση για επισκευή με την συμφωνία ότι θα μου το έστελναν στο σπίτι. Πέρασαν 10 μέρες και αφού τηλεφώνησα εγώ (κάπου εδώ ξεκινάμε) είπαν ότι το πιστολάκι ήταν έτοιμο, χωρίς πρόβλημα και πως θα το έστελναν αμέσως. Απλά νόμιζαν πως δεν κράτησαν τα στοιχεία μου. Μου το έστειλαν άμεσα όντως στην ίδια ακριβώς κατάσταση όμως! χαλασμένο! Όταν λοιπόν πήρα για να ενημερώσω και να ενημερωθώ για το τι συνέβη και δεν φτιάχτηκε απλά δεν εμφανίζονταν στο τηλέφωνο. Πήρα πολλά τηλέφωνα. Στα λίγα που απάντησαν ήταν πάντα κάποιος άλλος που θα ενημέρωνε κάποιον άλλον και κάποιος κάπου κάποτε θα επικοινωνούσε μαζί μου. Αφού πέρασαν πολλές μέρες με τα παραπάνω να επαναλαμβάνονται ενημέρωσα με mail ότι έχω πρόβλημα που δεν επικοινωνούν μαζί μου. Επικοινώνησαν (κάποιος άλλος βέβαια) για να με ενημερώσουν ότι το πρόβλημα ήταν εργοστασιακό και δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι παρότι η εγγύηση ισχύει για 6 μήνες. 1ο αστέρι μείον λοιπόν για όλα τα τηλεφωνήματα τα οποία έκανα και μου κρύβονταν. 2ο αστέρι μείον γιατί ενώ υπάρχει η εγγύηση υποστηρίζουν είναι άχρηστη. 3ο αστέρι μείον γιατί το εργοστασιακό πρόβλημα εμφανίστηκε στο σημερινό τηλεφώνημα. (η επισκευή έγινε τον Μάιο) και δεν με ενημέρωσαν ποτέ ότι το πιστολάκι δεν φτιάχτηκε αλλά μου το έστειλαν ως επισκευασμένο. 4ο αστέρι μείον γιατί η συσκευή δεν λειτουργησε σωστά από την αρχη και έπρεπε να αντικατασταθεί κι όχι να επισκευαστεί. Ούτε το ένα έγινε, ούτε το άλλο. Incredibly disappointed! After our purchase from Hair Lux we called to report that the hair dryer we bought was defective. At first everything looked great. The woman I spoke to was very helpful and told me we could take it back for repair as long as it was under warranty. So I went to the store, left the hair dryer with the guarantee for repair with the agreement that they would send it to me at home. 10 days passed and after I called (we start somewhere here) they said that the hair dryer was ready, without any problem and that they would send it immediately. They just thought they did not keep my details. They sent it to me immediately, in exactly the same situation, though! broken! So when I got to inform and be informed about what happened and it was not fixed it just did not appear on the phone. I got a lot of phones. The few who answered were always someone else who would inform someone else and someone somewhere would contact me someday. After many days passed with the above being repeated, I informed by mail that I have a problem that they do not communicate with me. They contacted (someone else of course) to inform me that the problem was factory and they can not do anything even though the warranty is valid for 6 months. 1st star minus for all the phone calls I made and they were hidden from me. 2nd star minus because while there is a guarantee they support it is useless. 3rd star minus because the factory problem appeared in today's phone call. (the repair was done in May) and they never informed me that the hair dryer was not repaired but they sent it to me as repaired. 4th star minus because the device did not work properly from the beginning and had to be replaced and not repaired. Neither one happened, nor the other.
