Friendly and professional staff. The phone number is usually on answring machine but they are in touch via e-mail with costumers. Villa Longdon in Ploychrono is a nice one with winderful view, pool and garden, excepting the kitchen(no bread toaster, a 3 cups capacity cofeemaker), WI-FI never works properly, very old bathrooms furniture and just one cleaning day during our 12 days stay.

NICE , BUT MUCH BELOW EXPECTATIONS. MIROIR PRIVATE POOL VILLA ELANI The Halkidiki Villas staff (Thanasis) was kind, prompt answering and open minded at first. Then we met Mrs. Dimitra, a nice person, she gave us a plenty of advice and tips about Kassandra area. But, after telling Mr. Thanasis about some irregularities found at the villa, he became defensive and suggested it was our fault for some deffects which were obviously in owner's/administrator's obligation to repair. ABOUT MIROIR PRIVATE POOL VILLA : First of all, it is a place where cars are not an option but an obligation.It is located almost on top of the hill, after crossing a pine forest. Unless you drive a car, it is difficult to reach the nearest shop/beach. Advantages of the place: - calm area most of the time - there are many villas around, but few of them have guests; - great view towards the sea; - comfortable beds; - functional washing machine and air conditioning; - clean pool and soft grass; - barbeque facility and tools. Disadvantages: - it is not at all a "luxury" villa, although it is priced and advertised as one. It is a simple self catering unit with private pool. Luxury is very different from what we found there... - the unit has no dumpster! The closest garbage collection point is 500 meters far from the property. The tourists have to carry for themselves the garbage sacks and risk to get their cars dirty. At my home, I don't carry the garbage for 500 meters, so this was really disappointing; -the unit has no entrance secured gate (there is a key only for the inside of the house, while the yard and pool are not protected), so anyone or anything can get there and maybe steal or destroy things; for example, one evening, 2 huge dogs entered and tried to break the garbage sack that was put outside the house (to avoid the garbage smell in the house, we put the sack outside);Thank God the kids were inside, because they could have been bitten by those hungry dogs; one other morning, we found the garbage devastated all around the yard and one of our shoes missing, the other, broken - the animals have entered during the night... aaand, in the last evening, as the villa has no security... we found a dog swimming in the pool. Funny, but also disappointing for this kind of villa... - the unit has nets against mosquito, but they are deteriorated and have big holes, so they are not efficient ; and there are many mosquito in the evening... - the dishwasher does not work; we announced the staff about this aspect and they promised to come and fix the problem but they never arrived... ; - the water pressure is very low, it takes a very long time to take a shower or to wash the dishes manually ; the water equipment and the sanitary objects are not well maintained, they are full of limescale and need improvment ; if you need hot water, you have to press some buttons and wait 20 minutes before it gets warm; - the wireless is limited; if you use it more than aprox. 30 min, the wireless is "bye, gone" until the next day at noon; - the vacuum works horrible. Its pipes are rusty, it is noisy and has no suction power. Better use the broom; - the unit has no microwave; the Coffee maker works slow; - the housekeeping service once per week, is not a thorough one. Right after the cleaning team left the house, we saw the same thick dust under the bed and the same spider nets in the corners, as we observed before... - one of the villas in the neighborhood is mostly used for parties, thus in some of the nights... enjoy the beats and yelling of the people having fun nextdoor :)))) - the communication with Halkidiki Villas staff is tricky; they always respond to your queries and promise they would solve the problems but in fact they never do anything. For example, Mr Thanasis promised us he would come "tomorrow" to fix our dishwasher problem, but in fact he never came... He also tried to suggest it was our fault that the dogs devastated the garbage. But the lack of any security measures (which is not tourists' obligation) has created the issue...

Barlee Beach house was lovely. The beach there is narrow and busy but there were exceptional beaches within a few miles. Thessalonica Villas were efficient and helpful. My only criticism was a lack of any info in the apartment and rather hard beds.

Barlee Beach House is wonderful and the hosts are welcoming and kind. My wife, children and I had a fantastic time. The photos don’t do the place justice. The property is shaded with easy access to a clean beach. Very beautiful indeed.

A glorious week in Barlee Beach Front Metamorfosi our transfer arranged by Halkidiki Villas went very well and handled efficiently. Lovely garden is an oasis from the heat of the day. Short walk to a pebbled beach, great to swim in the calm sea which is suitable for all ages. Apartment spotlessly clean very simply furnished and the toilet facilities typically Greek with a small shower area which worked perfectly well. Suitable for two people or family. My travelling companion has mobility issues but managed the short walk to the beach however a bit of a strong push required to get the wheelchair up to the small village stores and tavernas. Only one hill fortunately! Gorgeous little park nearby! Owners on site and they were helpful, generous and respectful of our privacy. Would return.

Great properties to rent, very well kept and stylish arranged. I recommend them.

I' ve had the pleasure to watch this place grow from the first days of inception. They always have a great list of properties to choose from and create the best vacation experience in Greece.

Hospitality is key when visiting a new country and Halkidiki villas can help with everything from lodging to transportation, even a late night call to find baby formula for my 4 month old Thanassis was able to put me in contact with a local pharmacy. I recommend this wholeheartedly. I would give it more stars if I could.
