★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το κτήριο το κατείχε ένας καπνέμπορος της εποχής. Έχει την ίδια αρχιτεκτονική με κάποια βίλα στη Δράμα, σχεδιασμένα και τα δύο κτήρια από τον ίδιο Αυστριακό αρχιτέκτονα . Κάποτε επί Βουλγαρικής κατοχής ήταν αντίστοιχα κτήριο τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης. Μετά την απελευθέρωση της Μακεδονίας έμεινε αδιάθετο εώς που παραχωρήθηκε για το σκοπό αυτό.
The building was owned by a smoker of the time. It has the same architecture as a villa in Drama, both designed by the same Austrian architect. Once under Bulgarian occupation it was a corresponding local government building. After the liberation of Macedonia it remained unoccupied until it was granted for this purpose.
