★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υποδομές δεν είναι καθόλου καλές. Δεν υπάρχει θέρμανση και ζεσταίνουμε τα δωμάτιο με ηλεκτρικα σώματα. Δεν υπάρχει πάντα ζεστό νερό. Η ηχομόνωση είναι ανύπαρκτη. Στα δωμάτια μένουμε δύο άτομα και τα κουφώματα είναι πάρα πολύ παλιά. Οι τουαλέτες και τα μπάνια είναι κοινόχρηστα και δεν είναι καλά διατηρημένα. Μέσα στα δωμάτια δεν υπάρχει ούτε καν νυπτηρας. Δεν έχει καθόλου συχνά λεωφορεία για να πας στο κέντρο πάρα μόνο τις καθημερινές τα πρωινά ( που όμως έχει πάρα πολύ κόσμο και πολλές φορές δε χωράς να ανεβεις).
Μερικά από τα θετικά είναι ότι οι εστίες βρίσκονται μέσα στο συγκρότημα των ΤΕΙ και ότι υπάρχουν μόνο φοιτητες στο κτίριο.
 Infrastructure is not good at all. There is no heating and we warm the room with electric panels. There is not always hot water. Sound insulation is non-existent. In the rooms we live two people and the frames are too old. Toilets and bathrooms are shared and not well maintained. Inside the rooms there is not even a hatch. He does not have frequent buses to go to the center just in the morning and in the mornings (but he has a lot of people and sometimes you can not go up).
Some of the positive ones are that the fireplaces are in the TEI complex and that there are only students in the building.
