★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η Τζεΐλάν παντοτε ειναι πρόθυμη κι εξυπηρετική. Οι παραγγελίες πάντοτε έρχονται στην ώρα τους κι αν προκύψει κάποιο λάθος πάντοτε λύνεται δίχως πρόβλημα.
 Ceylan is always willing and helpful. Orders always arrive on time and if an error occurs it is always solved without a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγώ έχω ένα παράπονο ενώ έκανα παραγγελία και τα έξοδα αποστολής είναι 2 € τους ζήτησα να κάνω μια αλλαγή στο νήμα και μου ζητάνε 3 € για να μου τα στείλουν ενώ και στην σελίδα τους γράφουν 2 €
I have a complaint while I made an order and the shipping costs are 2 € I asked them to make a change in the thread and they ask me 3 € to send them to me while on their page they write 2 €

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με χρέωσαν τα έξοδα αποστολής του κούριερ από δικό τους λάθος και δεν έκαναν τίποτα για να λυθεί το πρόβλημα.επι δέκα μέρες επερνα τηλέφωνο δεν έγινε τίποτα. Το κέρδος δεν πρέπει να είναι πάνω από την καλή σχέση με τον πελάτη γιατί έτσι χάνεις τον πελάτη.
They charged me the courier shipping costs by their own mistake and did nothing to solve the problem. For ten days I called and nothing happened. Profit should not be above the good relationship with the customer because that way you lose the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πόλυ ωραίο μαγαζί με μεγάλη ποικιλία νημάτων (για πλεκτά και για τσάντες). Τα προιόντα έχουν μικρή έως και καμια διαφορά με τις φωτογραφίες στο site ως προς τα χρώματα και τις υφές. Οι τιμές είναι απίθανες, ως άτομο με περιορισμένο budget τους προτιμώ συχνά και δεν απογοητεύουν. Η παραγγελίες μετά την αποσυμφόρηση των courier στέλνονται την μια μέρα και την επόμενη είναι ήδη προς παράδοση σε μένα. Όσες φορές έχω επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους τηλεφωνικά ήταν ευγενικοί, εξυπηρετικοι και κατέβαλαν τίμιες προσπάθειες στο να με βοηθήσουν.
Το μόνο μειονέκτημα είναι ότι δεν δίνεται επιλογή ηλεκτρονικής πληρωμής εντός Ελλάδας και πρεπει να πληρώνω με αντικαταβολή μόνο. Δεδομένων των καιρών πολλοί από εμάς επιλέγουν να χρησιμοποιούν κάρτα και θεωρώ πως το κατάστημα θα έπρεπε να το λάβει υπόψιν.
Μικρό το τίμημα όμως γιατί και έτσι εχόντων των πραγμάτων συνεχίζουν να είναι από τις top επιλογές μου.
Very nice shop with a wide variety of yarns (for knitwear and for bags). The products have little to no difference with the photos on the site in terms of colors and textures. The prices are incredible, as a person with a limited budget I often prefer them and they do not disappoint. The orders after the decongestion of the couriers are sent one day and the next they are already to be delivered to me. Every time I have contacted them by phone they have been kind, helpful and have made a sincere effort to help me.
The only disadvantage is that there is no option of electronic payment within Greece and I have to pay by cash on delivery only. Given the times many of us choose to use a card and I think the store should take this into account.
The price is small, however, because even so, those who have things continue to be one of my top choices.

Έχουν μεγάλη ποικιλία στα νήματα και παρέδωσαν σε Αχαρνές την επόμενη μέρα! Το site είναι πολύ εύκολο να το ψάξεις και να ολοκληρώσεις παραγγελία.
Very good prices and prompt delivery !!
They have a great variety of yarns and delivered to Acharnes the next day! The site is very easy to search and complete an order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεχτη εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν γίνεται να κάνουν λάθος διεύθυνση, να τους στέλνεις ότι έχουν κάνει λάθος (2 φορές) και να μην σου απαντάνε καν. Κι ομως δεν μου απάντησαν καν! Έχασα τα χρήματα μου και ακόμα, μετά από 15 μερες δεν έχω παραλάβει το δέμα! Δείχνουν ποσό σέβονται τους πελάτες τους … Να τονίσω ότι είμαι πελάτισσα χρόνια! Που να μην ήμουν δηλαδή… κρίμα
Unacceptable service. It is not possible for them to give the wrong address, to send them that they have made a mistake (2 times) and not even answer you. And yet they did not even answer me! I lost my money and still, after 15 days I have not received the parcel! They show how much they respect their customers… To emphasize that I have been a customer for years! That I was not a… pity
