The car rental company had made a mistake with the pick-up date and wanted to collect the car one day earlier than agreed upon verbally and in writing. My family and I were surprised during dinner at the hotel and I felt bad und hurried away, because i was assuming that we had made a mistake. After the contract and the car key were fetched from the suite and the pick-up date was checked in the contract, it turned out that the mistake was on their side. They had (by mistake) rented me the car for 5.33 days for the price of 5 days (agreed upon verbally and in writing), but their intent was to give us the car for 4.33 days. Instead of accepting their own mistake, apologizing for the wrongful intrusion and coming back the next day, I was pressured to "do the right thing" and pay another 30 € or the car would be taken away immediately. I did not agree and after some amount of discussion I gave in to another 15€, so that i could keep the car (and the plans for the next day). On my return to the table, my dinner was cold, my family had eaten without me, i was stressed and angry and felt that i had been treated unfair.

We went there to rent bicycles, old but good enough to ride around, 10 EUR a day. Very friendly lady, the guy behind the desk treats you like a tourist that you are, the guy preparing the bicycles was ok,

Simply The Best! Haniotis Cars is the very best Car Hire Company a friend and I have used anywhere in Europe, including Spain and other areas of Greece. They were friendly and efficient and took a personal interest in us and where we were hoping to visit, even giving us extra maps and in-depth information. Our hire fee for 10 days was very reasonable. The car was in excellent 'as-new' condition , with enough petrol to get us safely to the nearest petrol station. Although we didn't get to Metora, we explored some wonderful places on main and minor roads in comfort and style in an agile and safe car. We really appreciate your excellent service.

Definitely the company to use if you need a holiday car from Thessaloniki airport. We just rented a car for a week - great prices, excellent service, simple and straightforward rental, friendly and trustworthy people, and no hassle or overcomplicated admin. Worth knowing - they will meet you at the airport and take you in a shuttle van to their offsite location which is only 3 mins away. Nothing to worry about, and all very straightforward. Upon return, you drop off at the same offsite location and a shuttle takes you immediately to the airport terminal for departures.

We are very pleased with this agency. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We got a new car to use from the agency, which pleasantly surprised us. They do their job professionally and have made our vacation much more enjoyable. We paid the amount of rent on hand to the representative of the agency when taking over the vehicle and we had no additional hidden costs towards the agency. The price of rent is lower than in other agencies. Next time we come to Halkidiki, we will definitely rent a car through this agency because they are really the best.

Could not speak highly enough of this agency and their staff. My wife and I rented a car for the entirety of our honeymoon, they delivered it to where we were staying which made the process effortless. Unfortunately we also got into a small collision a few days into our trip. After calling the agency they were there within 10 minutes with a replacement car and Hanioti cars staff handled the whole insurance process for us.
