★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μαγαζί απίστευτα διακοσμημένο, το παγωτό ποιοτικό και οι 'Gretels' όλες τους υπέροχες. Το κλίμα δε, σαν από παραμύθι. Το προτείνω σίγουρα!
The shop is incredibly decorated, the ice cream is quality and the 'Gretels' are all wonderful. The climate, like a fairy tale. I definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ το αντίστοιχο μαγαζί στο golden έχει άψογο προσωπικό, αυτό εδώ στο McArthur έχει θέμα με τις κοπέλες που υποτίθεται ότι εξυπηρετούν. Την πρώτη φορά που πήγαμε μας άγχωσαν στο στυλ τελειώσατε? ..είστε έτοιμοι? ..Την δεύτερη φορά ενώ περιμένουμε στην σειρά, βαζουν την κυρία που ήταν ακριβώς μπροστά μας ..και μετά από 5 λεπτά μας λένε κλείσαμε. Όταν της είπα ότι είναι 8 25 και ότι δεν περιμένει κανείς άλλος ....γύρισε την μούρη της από την άλλη. Απλά απαράδεκτη!! Όσο κι αν μας αρέσουν τα προϊόντα τους , ειλικρινά δεν θα ξαναπάμε!!!!
While the corresponding shop in golden has impeccable staff, this one here in McArthur has an issue with the girls they are supposed to serve. The first time we went we were stressed in style are you done? ..are you ready? ..The second time while we are waiting in line, they put the lady who was right in front of us ..and after 5 minutes they tell us we are closed. When I told her that it is 8 25 and that no one else is waiting .... she turned her berry from the other. Just unacceptable !! As much as we like their products, honestly we will not go again !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γιατι το σκέτο κυλινδρικό ζυμαρι με κανέλα και ζάχαρη εχει 5 ΕΥΡΩ μου έπεσαν τα αυτιά. Εαν δεν το είχα πάρει στα χέρια μου θα το είχα επιστρέψει. Δεν πάμε καθοοοοοοολου καλά
Because the plain cylindrical dough with cinnamon and sugar has 5 EUROS, my ears dropped. If I had not taken it in my hands I would have returned it. We are not doing very well
