O	Olympia Makri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα παει πριν λίγο καιρο αναζητώντας μια συγκεκριμένη μάρκα μαργαρίνης. Η κυρία που ήταν υπεύθυνη (και απ'οτι καταλαβα ιδιοκτήτρια) με ειδε που αναζητούσα κατι στα ψυγεία και με ρώτησε. Της ειπα φυσικα για το προϊόν που εψαχνα και μου είπε οτι δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει στο κατάστημα. Ενω λοιπόν την ευχαρίστησα και κινηθηκα προς την έξοδο του καταστήματος, άκουσα την ιδιοκτήτρια να λεει σε μια αλλη κυρία διπλα (που προφανώς γνωριζε) οτι την εχουν κατά κλέψει x φορες τον τελευταίο μηνα, και οτι ειναι πολυ προσεκτική. Καταλαβαίνω προφανώς πως η κυρία πρέπει να ειναι πολυ προσεκτική εφόσον έχει υποστεί επανειλημμένα κλοπες, ωστοσο θα μπορούσε να το αναφερει στην αλλη κυρία μετα το πέρας των 10 δευτερολεπτων που θα μου έπαιρνε για να φτασω στην εξοδο. Το σκηνικο με έκανε να νιώσω πολυ άβολα, καθώς δεν ειναι πολυ όμορφο να αναφερεις μπροστά στον πελάτη ότι "ισως να εισαι εν δυναμει κλέφτης κι ετσι εγω σε αντιμετωπίζω". Φυσικα, ολοι οσοι διαθέτουν καταστήματα έχουν τον φοβο της κλοπης, και ειδικα τα πιο μικρα μαγαζια, αυτό ομως δεν δικαιολογεί το περιστατικό. Λυπαμαι (και οχι οτι μετραει, υπάρχουν εξαλλου αρκετα καλες κριτικές απο αλλους πελατες) αλλα δεν θα ξαναεπισκεφτω το κατάστημα καθως δεν μου αρέσει η σκεψη πως ισως μου ξανατυχει μια αντίστοιχη αβολη κατάσταση. Επίσης, η κριτική αυτη δεν αποσκοπει στο να αμαυρώσει την εικονα του καταστήματος, αλλα στο να διαβασει και να διορθώσει (ενδεχομένως) η ιδιοκτητρια αυτο που εγω θεωρώ ως λαθος συμπεριφορά της, ώστε κάποιος αλλος πελατης να μη βρεθεί στην ιδια θέση. I went a while ago looking for a specific brand of margarine. The lady who was in charge (and from what I understood the owner) saw me looking for something in the refrigerators and asked me. Of course I told her about the product I was looking for and she told me that unfortunately it is not in the store. So while I was thanking her and moving towards the exit of the store, I heard the owner say to another lady next door (who obviously knew) that she had been stolen x times in the last month, and that she was very careful. I obviously understand that the lady has to be very careful if she has been repeatedly robbed, however she could report it to the other lady after the 10 seconds it would take me to get to the exit. The scenery made me feel very uncomfortable, as it is not very nice to say in front of the client that "maybe you are a potential thief and that's how I treat you". Of course, everyone who owns a store fears theft, especially in smaller stores, but that does not justify the incident. I'm sorry (and not that it counts, there are also quite a few good reviews from other customers) but I will not visit the store again as I do not like the thought that maybe a similar uncomfortable situation happens to me again. Also, this criticism is not intended to tarnish the image of the store, but to read and correct (possibly) the owner what I consider to be her wrong behavior, so that another customer is not in the same position.
n	natassa antavaloglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ούτε ένα αστεράκι. 3 άτομα του προσωπικού χωρίς μάσκα. Ή μάλλον με την μάσκα στο πιγούνι γιατί αυτό θεωρείται ότι "φοράω μάσκα" μαλλον. Δυο κυρίες στον χώρο με τη μάσκα στον λαιμό και εκτεθειμένο όλο το πρόσωπο και μια κυρία στα τυριά, αλλαντικά με τη μύτη και το στόμα εκτός μάσκας επίσης εκτεθειμένο όλο το πρόσωπο. Η κυρία στο ταμείο φορούσε κανονικά. Ευτυχώς στη γειτονιά υπάρχουν σούπερ μάρκετ με υπεύθυνους ανθρώπους στο προσωπικό. Επίσκεψη 23/9, 15:45 Not a single star. 3 staff members without mask. Or rather with the mask on the chin because this is considered to be "wearing a mask" rather. Two ladies in the area with the mask on the neck and the whole face exposed and a lady in the cheeses, sausages with the nose and mouth outside the mask also exposed the whole face. The lady at the checkout was wearing normally. Fortunately in the neighborhood there are supermarkets with responsible staff. Visit 23/9, 15:45
