M	Maria Economou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαστε ευχαριστημένοι με την καθαριότητα και την αισθητική του χώρου και το παιδί απολαμβάνει το μάθημά του. Σχετικά όμως με τη διοίκηση και τη συμπεριφορά είμαστε δυσαρεστημένοι, καθώς ενώ είχαμε πληρώσει 50 ευρώ πριν κλείσει η πισίνα για την πανδημία, αφού άνοιξε και το παιδί μεγάλωσε άλλαξε τμήμα, το οποίο κόστιζε 40 ευρώ, αλλά η διαφορά των 10 ευρώ δεν καλύφθηκε ούτε με επιστροφή, ούτε με κάποιο επιπλέον μάθημα. Επίσης, ενώ το τμήμα υποτίθεται έχει 5 παιδιά, έτυχε να έχει και 6. Εκείνη τη συγκεκριμένη φορά μάλιστα που είχε 6 παιδάκια, ζήτησα από τη διοίκηση να παραμείνει το παιδί μετά το μάθημα άλλο ένα τέταρτο, και αρνήθηκε, καθώς δε θα έπρεπε να έχουμε κάνει το λάθος να μπερδέψουμε την ώρα και να πάμε αργότερα. Ας προσέχαμε. Θεωρώ πως επειδή δεν έχει άλλα κολυμβητήρια για μωρά στην περιοχή, εκμεταλλεύονται τη ζήτηση που έχουν. We are happy with the cleanliness and aesthetics of the space and the child enjoys his lesson. However, regarding the administration and the behavior, we are dissatisfied, as while we had paid 50 euros before the pool closed for the pandemic, after it opened and the child grew up, it changed a section, which cost 40 euros, but the difference of 10 euros was not covered either. return, nor with any extra course. Also, while the department supposedly has 5 children, it happened to have 6. That particular time when it had 6 children, I asked the administration to keep the child after the lesson for another quarter, and he refused, as we should not have makes the mistake of confusing the time and going later. Let's be careful. I think that because there are no other baby swimming pools in the area, they are taking advantage of the demand they have.

P	Paris Misirli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος,με δασκάλες που αφιερώνουν τον απαιτούμενο χρόνο σε κάθε παιδί. Δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με τις αναπληρώσεις, όλα τηρήθηκαν όπως έπρεπε και ότι μαθήματα δεν έγιναν λόγω πανδημίας, αναπληρωθηκαν μετά. Σε ώρες αιχμής (προ covid) υπήρχε αρκετός συνωστισμός τόσο στα αποδυτήρια όσο και στην ίδια την πισίνα, τώρα λόγω των μέτρων, η κατάσταση είναι πιο ανθρώπινη. Beautiful and clean space, with teachers who dedicate the required time to each child. We had no problem with the replacements, everything was observed as it should be and that lessons were not done due to a pandemic, they were replaced later. In rush hour (before covid) there was a lot of crowding both in the locker room and in the pool itself, now due to the measures, the situation is more humane.
Σ	ΣΟΦΙΑ ΜΠΑΓΓΕΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά της διεύθυνσης του κολυμβητηρίου. Είχαμε ανανεώσει -δυστυχως - πριν το κλείσιμο του Νοεμβρίου και ενώ μας χρωστάνε 5 μαθήματα που πρέπει να αναπληρώσουμε , δεν το δέχονται. Ανανεώσαμε την εγγραφή μας τον Μάιο και πληρώσαμε άλλα 50€ (χωρίς να έχουν γίνει οι αναπληρωσεις) με την προϋπόθεση ότι θα τακτοποιηθεί η εκκρεμότητα. Παρόλη την καραντίνα και των ιδιαίτερων συνθηκών, είναι τελείως άκαμπτοι, αγενείς και μη συνεργάσιμοι στο θέμα αυτο. (Συγκεκριμένα ο Νίκος άρχισε να μου φωνάζει στην τηλεφωνική μας συνομιλία και αρνείτο οποιαδηποτε συμβιβαστική λυση) Δε το συνιστώ λοιπόν λόγω της αντιεπαγγελματικής αντιμετώπισης τους. Προσέξτε πολύ πριν προχωρήσετε σε οποιαδήποτε εγγραφή, γιατί αφού δώσετε τα χρήματα, η συμπεριφορά απέναντι σας θα σας εκπλήξει δυσάρεστα! Unacceptable behavior of the swimming pool management. We had renewed -unfortunately- before the end of November and while they owe us 5 courses that we have to complete, they do not accept it. We renewed our registration in May and paid another € 50 (without replenishment) on the condition that the backlog will be settled. Despite the quarantine and the special circumstances, they are completely rigid, rude and uncooperative in this matter. (Specifically, Nikos started shouting at me in our telephone conversation and refused any compromise solution) So I do not recommend it due to their unprofessional treatment. Be very careful before proceeding with any registration, because after you give the money, the behavior towards you will surprise you unpleasantly!

Καταρχάς αυξήθηκε η τιμή χωρίς να αυξηθεί ο χρόνος, δεν ζήτησαν χαρτί από παιδίατρο για το παιδι- χωρίς να γνωρίζουν αν το παιδί έχει κάτι, επιπλέον στα αποδυτήρια επικρατεί ένας πανικός σε τέτοια εποχή . Κάθε φορά άλλος προπονητής δεν ξέρει το επίπεδο του κάθε παιδιού.Δειτε το λίγο και αυτό το λέω εντελώς φιλικά! Unfortunately while they started well the scene has changed! Ενω δεν υπηρχε κανενα θέμα με το συγκεκριμένο κολυμβητήριο από άποψη παροχων και τιμής ( παρόλο που είναι από τα πιο ακριβά) στην τελευταία μας επικοινωνία με οδήγησε σε διακοπή της εγγραφής μας επιλέγοντας κολυμβητήριο με ένα πιο φιλικό προσωπικό. Και καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Unacceptable behavior of the owner with an imposing style and inappropriate to consistent customers, I emphasize it!
