★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ούτε για ένα αστέρι!
Με μια γραμματέα αγενής που εκτός του ότι δεν με ενημέρωσε στο τηλέφωνο ότι εφόσον έχω 2 ραντεβού για 2 παιδάκια και ενώ την τελευταία φορά είχαμε πάει είχαν μπει ταυτόχρονα σε 2 διαφορετικές αίθουσες τα παιδιά, ότι φέτος δεν θα είναι έτσι και επιτρέπετε μόνο ο ένας γονιός να τα συνοδέψει κ να μπουν στην ίδια αίθουσα. Της λέω μα την άλλη φορά έγινε αυτό.. και μου λέει έτυχε!!!! και αναγκάστηκε ο άντρας μου να πάει κάτω να περιμένει στο κρύο. Εφόσον λέω άντε να μην μαλώσω χειρότερα και να κάνω υπομονή εφόσον δεν ήταν διατεθημένη να ζητήσει συγνώμη για το λάθος της, κάθομαι και περιμένω το ραντεβού μου! Μετά από 40 λεπτά από την ώρα που είχα κλείσει το ραντεβού μου μπαίνει ένα άλλο ραντεβού κ τους λέει μετά από 10 λεπτά να μπουν, σηκώνομαι πάνω και την ρωτάω γιατί μπήκαν πριν από εμένα εφόσον έχω ραντεβού κ έχω είδη αργήσει και μου λέει είναι έκτακτο. Εννοείτε σηκώθηκα και έφυγα επειδή πάλι η γραμματέας το θεώρησε απόλυτα φυσιολογικό να μην με ενημερώσει κ αν δεν ρώταγα εγώ ακόμα θα περίμενα! Δυστυχώς τέτοιες εποχές να υπάρχουν τόσο συμπεριφορά και ιατρεία κ να ταλαιπωρούν τα παιδάκια στην αναμονή ας πηγαίνουν όσοι έχουν την υπομονή! Εγώ σηκώθηκα κ έφυγα και πέρα από αυτή την ενημέρωση εδώ.. θα ενημερώσω και την παιδίατρο μου κ όποιον άλλο γνωρίζω!!! Επίσης ούτε ένα ευρώ σε τέτοια ιατρεία για τον αντί επαγγελματισμό τους!!! Και καλύτερα να μην απαντήσετε επειδή ότι κ να πείτε θα είναι δικαιολογίες για να καλύψετε την αλήθεια και να μην δυσφημιστεί το ιατρείο!
 Not even for a star!
With a rude secretary who apart from not informing me on the phone that since I have 2 appointments for 2 children and while the last time we went the children had entered 2 different rooms at the same time, that this year it will not be like that and only one parent is allowed to accompany them and enter the same room. I tell her but the other time it happened .. and she tells me it happened !!!! and my husband had to go down and wait in the cold. Since I say no to arguing worse and be patient since she was not willing to apologize for her mistake, I sit and wait for my appointment! After 40 minutes from the time I had booked my appointment another appointment comes in and she tells them to come in after 10 minutes, I get up and ask her why they came before me since I have an appointment and I have been late and she tells me it is extraordinary. You mean I got up and left because again the secretary considered it perfectly normal not to inform me and if I did not ask I would still wait! Unfortunately, in such times, if there is so much behavior and medicine and the children suffer while waiting, let those who have patience go! I got up and left and beyond this information here .. I will also inform my pediatrician and anyone else I know !!! Also not a single euro in such clinics for their unprofessionalism !!! And it is better not to answer because whatever you say will be excuses to cover up the truth and not to discredit the doctor's office!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μία και μοναδική επίσκεψη χωρίς τελικά να πραγματοποιηθεί η εξέταση γιατί στο τέλος φύγαμε. Υπάρχει κακός προγραμματισμός και δεν τηρούνται τα ραντεβού. Μεγάλη αναμονή με δικαιολογία 'έκτακτου' περιστατικού. Αρνητικό επίσης και το γεγονός ότι πολλά παιδάκια περιμένουν μαζί στο σαλόνι, κάτι που είναι παράλογο σε εποχές κορωνοιου. Δεν κρίνουμε την γιατρό γιατί δεν έχουμε άποψη (μπορεί να είναι η καλύτερη) αλλά εμείς βεβαίως δεν ξαναπάμε και σίγουρα δεν προτείνουμε για τους παραπάνω λόγους.
One and only visit without finally taking the exam because in the end we left. There is poor planning and appointments are not kept. Long wait with an excuse for an 'emergency'. Also negative is the fact that many children are waiting together in the living room, which is absurd in times of coronation. We do not judge the doctor because we do not have an opinion (it may be the best) but we certainly do not go again and we certainly do not recommend for the above reasons.
