Staff is very hands offish, which is good and different than the usual in your face greek sales environment. I had to rate a 3 because it's hard to justify higher rating

The engineers department are ready and willingfull to customize or service anything they are requested for, very very experienced with the subject. Five stars from me.

The vehicle was returned with a dead battery, safety checks not performed, stolen equipment, my exhaust repair request was not completed and I was not informed. Without knowing that the repair was ignored I incurred damage to the vehicle as a result after riding. It was returned covered in dirt/mud. I was in a foreign country with a damaged bike no directionals/break lights, no helmet and gloves and a dead battery that was purchased new one month before storage. Thanks Harley.
J	James Prudhomme on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed; don’t waste your time. I collect Harley Davidson T-shirts from around the world, and this place was the worst. The only T shirt option available for purchase was a generic shirt. Nothing culturally associated with Greece or a store logo or with Greek writing was available. The salesman got irritated because I asked if they still had any of the previous year’s T-shirts with a store logo. Most Harley dealerships will go out of their way to ensure a happy customer, but the Athens dealership forgot that basic tenet of salesmanship. The owner should be ashamed.
