Καθυστέρησε να παραδώσει την οικοσκευή μου στον προορισμό τους (υποσχέθηκε Δευτέρα - Τρίτη και τα παρέδωσε Παρασκευή), δεν απαντούσε ο ίδιος στο τηλέφωνο για να μου εξηγήσει που οφείλεται η καθυστέρηση και το προσωπικό που απαντούσε στο τηλέφωνο δεν είχε ιδέα περί τίνος πρόκειται. Άσε δε που κατά το παλετάρισμα που έγινε στην αποθήκη του πολλά από τα πράγματα μου έχουν υποστεί ζημίες. Δεν θα ζητούσα τις ...υπηρεσίες του πάλι!!! Unfortunately he turned out to be unprofessional !!! He was late in delivering my household items to their destination (he promised Monday - Tuesday and delivered them on Friday), he did not answer the phone himself to explain the reason for the delay and the staff who answered the phone had no idea what it was about. Την Τετάρτη παρέλαβαν 4 παλέτες στη Αθήνα, την Πέμπτη το μεσημέρι πήρα τηλ. να ρωτήσω πότε θα τις στείλουν και ήταν ήδη στον Βόλο! Very kind, helpful and fast! On Wednesday they received 4 pallets in Athens, on Thursday at noon I got a phone call to ask when they will be sent and it was already in Volos!
