★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από παραγγελία το προϊόν ήταν ελαττώματικο. Ο κύριος που συνενοηθηκα ήταν άψογος. Όταν έφτασε η ώρα της επιστροφής ο κύριος Βασίλης ιδιοκτήτης της επιχείρησης ήταν ανάγωγος κ αρνήθηκε να άλλαξει το προϊόν επειδή είχε περάσει καιρός ενώ ο ίδιος είχε ζητήσει να περάσει ένα διάστημα για χαλαρώσουν τα κούριερ λόγω καραντίνας. Πραγματικά τέτοιοι άνθρωποι δεν πρέπει να επικοινωνούν κ να εξυπηρετούν πελάτες. Όταν η αγένεια κ η ανευθυνότητα αγγίζουν το ζενίθ!
After ordering the product was defective. The gentleman I met was impeccable. When it was time to return, Mr. Vassilis, the owner of the business, was reluctant and refused to change the product because some time had passed while he had asked for some time to relax the couriers due to quarantine. Such people really should not communicate and serve customers. When rudeness and irresponsibility reach their zenith!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο site έλεγαν οτι υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα, αλλά τελικά δεν υπήρχε. Μου είχαν στείλει ενα email να με ενημερώσουν αντί να με καλέσουν, το οποίο δεν ήρθε ποτέ (oύτε στα spam) οπότε τους πήρα εγώ τηλέφωνο μετά απο δύο εβδομάδες να δω τι γίνεται. Για επιστροφή χρημάτων έπρεπε να τους στείλω τα στοιχεία ενώ η πληρωμή είχε γίνει με κάρτα.
The site said that there was availability, but in the end it did not exist. They had sent me an email to inform me instead of calling me, which never came (not even in spam) so I called them after two weeks to see what was going on. For a refund I had to send them the details while the payment was made by card.
