A	Alexandra Stamokosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που έχω ζήσει ποτέ!Ενώ υπάρχει μεγάλη ποικιλία για φορέματα από αξιόλογες εταιρίες όπως Mya κ.λ.π ο λόγος που δεν ψώνισα ήταν η αγενέστατη πωλήτρια,και συγκεκριμένα η κυρία με τα μαύρα μαλλιά ετών 55-65 η οποία με έδιωξε κακήν κακώς από το μαγαζί λέγοντας μου ότι πρέπει και καλά να το κλείσει γιατί έχει ένα ραντεβού με γιατρό.(φυσικά και την τσέκαρα μετά και δεν έκλεισε το μαγαζί εννοείται).Ενώ στην αρχή ήταν normal η ξινίλα της ξεκίνησε όταν άρχισα να της δείχνω διάφορα ρούχα που θέλω να δοκιμάσω γιατί οι επιλογές είναι πολλές και έχω και 4 βαπτίσεις εκ των οποίων η μια είναι η βάπτιση του παιδιού μου!sorry κιόλας αλλά όταν πρόκειται για τέτοιες περιπτώσεις δεν δοκιμάζεις ένα φόρεμα μόνο και το αστείο σε όλο αυτό είναι ότι πήγα σε ώρα που δεν είχε καθόλου κόσμο μέσα στο μαγαζί αλλά ούτε περίμενε και κανείς απέξω και φυσικά σαν να μην έφτανε αυτό προσπαθούσε να μου επιβάλει τι να βάλω μη αφήνοντας μου πολλές επιλογές ενώ κάθε φορά που της ζητούσα κάποιο ρούχο αγκομαχούσε. The worst experience I have ever had! a	alupis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν μπορω να μιλησω ασχημα για συμπεριφορα εξυπηρετησης γιατι 2 φορες που μπηκα στο μαγαζι δεν διαπιστωσα κατι ακραιο,ομως και τα ρουχα της βιτρινας, τα οποια εχω χαζεψει πολλες φορες ,αλλα και γενικοτερα το στυλ ρουχων του μαγαζιου ειναι πολυ elegant.Θεωρω οτι ειναι απο τις καλυτερες μπουτικ της ευρυτερης περιοχης με κομματια που πραγματικα ξεχωριζουν.Ομως επειδη οι αρνητικες κριτικες για τη συμπεριφορα ειναι αρκετες και δεν μπορει να ειναι ολες κακοβουλες,τοτε ειναι πραγματικα κριμα ,διαφορετικα θα βαθμολογουσα με 5 αστερια. Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν πολλά άλλα καταστήματα με άριστη εξυπηρέτηση σε κοντινή απόσταση! Poor service, clothes only for those who like the saleswomen, the rest to find elsewhere the brands of dresses. S	Sofia M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω ψωνίσει αλλά βλέποντας την σελίδα στο Facebook καθώς και τα brand είπα να ρίξω μια ματια για φόρεμα για όταν βάφτιζα την κόρη μου. Αν και έχω χάσει τα περισσότερα κιλά έχοντας μόνο 3-4 περιττά (που δεν έχει σημασία γιατί όλες οι γυναίκες έχουμε δικαίωμα στα όμορφα ρούχα) αισθάνθηκα τόσο άσχημα μιλώντας με την πιο μεγάλη κυρία που δεν ξαναπατάω. Μου είπε ότι η μέση μου δεν ενδείκνυται για κάποιας ρούχο ενώ η κοπέλα που τα προβάρει έχει το κατάλληλο σώμα. Συγχαρητήρια για το body shaming… απαράδεκτη !! Βρείτε αλλου τα brands κορίτσια! I have not shopped but seeing the Facebook page as well as the brands I said to take a look for a dress for when I was baptizing my daughter. Έχοντας δοκιμάσει μόνο 2 φορέματα, τα οποία δεν ήταν αυτό που ήθελα, αποφάσισα να φύγω χαιρετώντας ευγενικά και τις 2 «κύριες», οι οποίες δεν απάντησαν, δείχνοντας εξαιρετικά εκνευρισμένες. Ποτέ ξανά! Very poor service and rudeness! Very bad choice of companies to have such partners !!! Παρακολουθώ πολύ καιρό στο Instagram το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και θέλοντας η φίλη μου να αγοράσει ένα φόρεμα για μια επίσημη εκδήλωση είπαμε να το επισκεφθούμε. Αυτό που εισπραξαμε από την ιδιοκτήτριά του ήταν αδιαφορία απαξίωση και ύφος εκατό καρδινάλιων. Που εκείνη την συγκεκριμένη ώρα το μόνο μέλημά της ήτανε να βρει ένα ρούχο για μια φίλη της και να φύγει βιάστηκα από το κατάστημα της. Άρα μέσα στο κατάστημα στο γραφείο κάθεται μια κυρία μεγάλη σε ηλικία συνομιλουσε με έναν κύριο δεν μας δίνει καμία απολύτως σημασία και βλέποντας μας να παραμένουμε στο κατάστημα και να βλέπουμε τα ρούχα που παρεμπιπτόντως έχει πολύ ωραία ρούχα αναγκαστικα ήρθε να μας εξυπηρέτησή. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν να βγάλει 2 φορέματα που εκείνη έκρινε ότι θα αρέσουν στην φίλη μου τα δοκίμασε δεν της άρεσαν και όταν ζήτησε ένα συγκεκριμένο φόρεμα να δοκιμάσει η πωλήτρια που ο Θεός να την κάνει πωλήτρια ξυνησε και σχεδόν μας έδιωξε από το κατάστημα. Μην γνωρίζοντας την αγορά του Αιγάλεω για το λόγο ότι είμαστε από άλλη περιοχή καταλήξαμε στο κατάστημά V SISTERS Clothing με ιδιοκτήτρια την Εύα. Έδωσε με δική της προτοβουλια το λιγότερο 10 ρούχα να δοκιμάσει η φίλη μου. Φυσικα ψώνισε από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα και το μόνο σίγουρο ειναι ότι μας κέρδισε. Υ. Γ όσον αφορά το κατάστημα Isabella με μεγάλη ευχαρίστηση θα έβαζα 0 αστέρι έλα μου όμως που δεν έχει. We visited the store with a friend on Wednesday 15/06 2022.
