Η διαδικασία, σε μια αίθουσα όπου κάλλιστα θα μπορούσε να είναι δικαστική κι ο υποψήφιος υπάλληλος ο ανακρινομενος κυριολεκτικά.Επί μισή ώρα περίπου ουσιαστικά ανακρινεσαι με αδιάκριτες πολλές φορές ερωτήσεις από τρία άτομα οι οποίες έχουν στόχο να υποβαθμισουν το άτομο, ένεκα της ανάγκης του καθενός για εργασία.Κατόπιν τούτου, σε ερωτούν εάν έχεις εσύ κάποια απορία γενικά!!! Δηλαδή, για το μισθολόγιο αλλά κ την περιγραφή της θέσης εργασίας με τα καθήκοντα η αναφορά είναι του 2 λεπτου. Εύγε. Anyone who has experienced the "interview" for a potential job will understand what I describe. The process, in a room where it could very well be a courtroom and the candidate's interrogator literally. For about half an hour you are essentially interrogated with often indistinguishable questions from three people who aim to demote the person, due to the need of each for work.After that, they ask you if you have any questions in general !!! That is, for the payroll but also for the job description with the duties the reference is of 2 minutes. Well done.
