i	iScore gr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα τον τελευταίο καιρό συνεχώς η εταιρεία έχει διακοπές σύνδεσης στο διαδίκτυο πράγμα το οποίο με πάει πίσω σε δουλειές και υποχρεώσεις. Πέραν αυτού ποτέ δεν μπόρεσα να έρθω σε επικοινωνία μαζί τους αυτές τις στιγμές διότι είτε δεν έχουν 24ωρη επικοινωνία είτε γιατί δεν τους έβρισκα στο τηλέφωνο. Και αυτό συνέβη πάρα πολλές φορές μέσα σε 6 μήνες που πραγματικά κατάντησε κουραστικό. Να σημειωθεί και ότι η εταιρεία παρόλες αυτές τις διακοπές και τεχνικά προβλήματα δικτύου δεν έκανε ούτε μια έκπτωση στο λογαριασμό ο οποίος ερχόταν κανονικά ακόμα και όταν παραδείγματος χάριν τον Αύγουστο ήμασταν 5-6 μέρες χωρίς ίντερνετ... Και κύριοι σε ότι είπαν:"μου είπαν θα περιμένω 6 μήνες για να φθάσουν στο σπίτι μου λόγω αδειών κτλ. και όντως έτσι έγινε". Very happy with the company. 26 euros 120/120 download / upload. Μακράν η καλύτερη εμπειρία από εταιρεία δικτύων στην Ελλάδα, εξυπηρετικότατοι, πάντα με ενημέρωναν προκαταβολικά ή επιτόπου σε περιπτώσεις βλάβης ή έργων με θέματα στο δίκτυο, μου παρέχουν ευελιξία καθώς δε σε υποχρεώνουν να κάνεις συμβόλαιο. Το ίντερνετ είχε την ταχύτητα που πλήρωνα και όχι όπως σε αντίστοιχες εταιρίες το ήμισυ, και οι τιμές ήταν ανάλογες με τις υπόλοιπες εταιρίες. Μπράβο μπράβο μπράβο I love them! By far the best experience from a network company in Greece, very helpful, they always informed me in advance or on the spot in case of failure or projects with network issues, they give me flexibility as they do not oblige you to make a contract. The internet had the speed I paid for and not as in respective companies half, and the prices were proportional to the other companies. Well done well done well done
S	Stathis Galazios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επειδή βλέπω ότι κι εδώ, όπως και στο facebook, επικρατεί η λογική που όλοι θυμούνται τις κριτικές μόνο όταν έχουν νεύρα, είπα να γράψω και τη δική μου εμπειρία εδώ και 9 περίπου μήνες που είμαι συνδρομητής στην HCN. Αρχικά είχα τρομάξει λίγο με όσα διάβαζα, αλλά μιας και δεν έχει χρονικές δεσμεύσεις στο συμβόλαιο, είπα να κάνω μια δοκιμή. Ήμουν από τους τυχερούς που επειδή υπάρχει υποδομή πολύ κοντά, συνδέθηκα μέσα σε 1 εβδομάδα. Τα παιδιά έκαναν καλή δουλειά με την εγκατάσταση, παρόλο που η οπτική ίνα διανύει μεγάλη απόσταση και περνάει από ταράτσα, και την έφτασαν ακριβώς στο σημείο που ήθελα. Κάποιες μικροδιακοπές στο δίκτυο ναι, υπάρχουν. Συνήθως φταίει ο upstream provider της HCN (Cogent) ή οι εργολάβοι των «καλών» παρόχων που κλείνουν τα μάτια, κάνουν τομές σε δρόμους και ό,τι πάρει ο Χάρος από κάτω. Τέτοιες βλάβες διορθώνονται εντός μερικών ωρών το πολύ. Ακόμη και σε μια μη γενικευμένη βλάβη στη σύνδεσή μου, αργά το βράδυ, η απόκριση σε email από την τεχνική υποστήριξη ήταν άμεση και η αποκατάσταση έγινε το επόμενο πρωί. Καταλαβαίνω ότι είναι εκνευριστικό όταν υπάρχουν αποσυνδέσεις, ακόμα και 1 φορά στους 3 μήνες π.χ., αλλά θα πρέπει και ο καθένας να καταλάβει ότι με 26€/μήνα δεν πληρώνει μισθωμένη γραμμή με SLA 99,9% uptime κλπ. Ένα παράπονο είναι η μη ενημέρωση από την εταιρεία σε τέτοια προβλήματα (ενημερώνουν, αλλά όχι πάντα) όπως και σε προγραμματισμένες εργασίες που αφορούν συγκεκριμένες περιοχές, και αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που αφαίρεσα ένα αστεράκι. Κατά τα άλλα, η σύνδεση παρέχει τις ταχύτητες που πληρώνεις, όπως θα περίμενε κάποιος, ακόμη και σε ώρες αιχμής και φυσικά όχι μόνο σε servers εντός Θεσσαλονίκης. Επίσης, αρκετά καλή διασύνδεση με το εξωτερικό, καλό ping (κοντά στα 35ms με Φρανκφούρτη), και διασύνδεση με GR-IX. Είναι κάτι σημαντικό, ειδικά για gaming, αλλά σπάνια κάποιος θα το αναφέρει. I was one of the lucky ones that because there is very close infrastructure, I connected within 1 week. The kids did a good job with the installation, even though the optical fiber travels a long distance and goes through a roof, and they got it exactly where I wanted it to be. Some network outages, yes, there are. It is usually the fault of the upstream provider of HCN (Cogent) or the contractors of the "good" providers who turn a blind eye, make cuts in the streets and whatever Haros gets from below. Such faults are corrected within a few hours at most. Even in a non-generalized fault in my connection, late at night, the email response from the technical support was immediate and the restoration took place the next morning. I understand that it is annoying when there are disconnections, even once in 3 months eg, but everyone should also understand that with 26 € / month they do not pay a leased line with SLA 99.9% uptime etc. A complaint is the lack of information from the company on such problems (they inform, but not always) as in scheduled work related to specific areas, and this is the reason why I removed an asterisk. Otherwise, the connection provides the speeds you pay, as one would expect, even during peak hours and of course not only on servers in Thessaloniki. Also quite good connection with the outside, good ping (close to 35ms with Frankfurt), and connection with GR-IX. It's important, especially for gaming, but rarely will anyone mention it.

Με την αιτιολογία ότι παρόλο που είμαστε πάνω από δύο χρόνια πελάτες έπρεπε πρώτα να επιστρέψουμε τον εξοπλισμό για να μην συνεχίσει Η χρέωση. Δηλαδή μέχρι να επιστρέψεις router θα σε χρεώνουν για μία ζωή, αντί να ζητήσουνε 5 -10-100ε υρώ για τον εξοπλισμό που δεν θα έπρεπε μετά από δύο χρόνια , αλλά ούτε έτσι.
