N	Nikos Stournaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αξιολόγησή μου αφορά το εμβολιαστικό τμήμα κι όχι το ιατρικό. Το προσωπικό είναι ευγενικό και κινούνται γρήγορα. Είναι όμως πολύ άσχημο ότι δεν επιτρέπουν συνοδούς υπερηλίκων, ακόμη κι αν οι συνοδοί είναι πλήρως εμβολιασμένοι. Αναγκάστηκα να αναβάλλω εμβολιασμό συγγενούς ακριβώς γι' αυτό το λόγο. My evaluation concerns the vaccination department and not the medical one. The staff is polite and fast moving. But it is very ugly that they do not allow elderly escorts, even if the escorts are fully vaccinated. I had to postpone a relative vaccination for this very reason.

Έκανα μοριακό τέστ μεσημέρι 24/3 , μου λέει μια γιατρός ότι ακόμη και αύριο που είναι αργία θα εργάζονται και θα έχει αναρτηθεί το αποτέλεσμα. Σήμερα Δευτέρα 28/3 εξακολουθεί και δεν έχει αναρτηθεί τίποτα. Στο ενδιάμεσο διάστημα αυτών των ημερών κάθε μέρα καλώ ποτέ δεν έχουν σηκώσει ένα τηλέφωνο. Τραγικό αυτό. Να προσθέσω ως θετικό ότι την Πέμπτη που πήγα ήταν άμεση και γρήγορη η διαδικασία του τεστ. Αυτή όμως η κατάσταση της μη επικοινωνίας είναι άσχημη. Ασφαλώς κανένα θα έβαζα εάν επιτρεπόταν στην αξιολόγηση. 0 stars for not responding to their phone number. 1 star in the rating, because they do not pick up phones. I did a molecular test at noon 24/3, a doctor tells me that even tomorrow, which is a holiday, they will work and the result will have been posted. Today Monday 28/3 is still and nothing has been posted. In between these days every day I call have never picked up a phone. This is tragic. To add as a positive that last Thursday I went the test process was immediate and fast. But this state of non-communication is bad. Of course I would not put any if it was allowed in the evaluation. 0 stars for not responding to their phone number.
l	lirini zakata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30.4.2022 το μεσημέρι πήγαμε να κάνουμε μοριακό τεστ στο παιδακι μας που κάνει χημιοθεραπεια και χρειάζεται τεστ.απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορά από την (κυρία )που φώναζε χωρίς λόγο επειδή ρωτησαμε αν θα έχουμε τα αποτελέσματα την Τρίτη για να κάνουμε την θεραπεία. και δεν έφτανε αυτό πετάχτηκε ο μπράβος ντυμένος αστροναύτης και φώναζε και αυτός .... ντροπή σας πρέπει κάποια στιγμή να τους ελενξει κάποιος είναι απαράδεκτο να είναι στη θέση αυτή ..και φύγαμε αναγκαστηκαμε,να πάμε ιδιωτικά.. Υ.Σ. πάρτε την σκούπα και σκουπίστε τους.. 30.4.2022 at noon we went to do a molecular test on our child who is doing chemotherapy and needs a test. Α	ΑΙΚΑΤΕΡΙΝΗ ΚΑΤΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κυριακή 13/2/22. Είναι ένα από τα κέντρα που διενεργούν ράπιντ το ΣΚ. Η κυρία στην υποδοχή εξαιρετικά αγενής, με ένα στυλάκι ότι 'εδώ δεν κάνουμε ράπιντ έτσι', μα λέω ήρθα σε επαφή με κρούσμα- ρωτάω τους λόγους που διενεργούν το τεστ και μου απαντάει 'πρέπει να σας πω τους λόγους;' (ενώ εμείς πρεπει να πούμε λόγο κι ο λόγος μάλιστα δεν τους αρκεί). Φωνάζει τη γιατρό, η οποία δε θα πω ευγενική, αλλά τουλάχιστον πιο επεξηγηματική. Όταν η γιατρός ρωτά την κυρία στην υποδοχή για ποιον λόγο ήρθαμε εκείνη απαντάει 'έτσι' (ότι είπαμε Κυριακή απόγευμα ας μην πάμε για καφέ, πάμε για ένα ραπιντάκι). Τελικά με τα χίλια ζόρια μας το έκαναν. Ο μόνος ευγενής και ήρεμος άνθρωπος ήταν ο κύριος στην είσοδο, νομίζω σεκιούριτι. Ο μόνος επαγγελματίας. Ντροπή στους υπόλοιπους. Sunday 13/2/22. O	Olympia Tsiara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ηλεκτρονικό ραντεβού με ορθοπαιδικό (τον κ.Καίσαρη), και, ενώ προσήλθα εγκαίρωςστο ραντεβού στις 24/12 και ώρα 19.15, δείχνοντας μάλιστα το mail της επιβεβαίωσης στον φύλακα, με ενημέρωσε ότι ο γιατρός είχε φύγει. Ο γιατρός παρέλειψε να ενημερώσει για την ακύρωση του ραντεβού τους ασθενείς του. Απαράδεκτο. Μην εμπιστευτείτε ποτέ το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο υγείας. --> Update: μου ήρθε σήμερα (11/01/2022) αυτοματοποιημένο mail από το Π.Φ.Υ. ότι το ραντεβού μου για τις 13/01/2022 με τον κ.Καίσαρη (ορθοπεδικό) ακυρώθηκε. Το περίεργο είναι ότι δεν έκλεισα ποτέ ραντεβού για τις 13/01/2022, αλλά είχα κλείσει τότε ραντεβού για τις 24/12/2021, στο οποίο ο κ. Καίσαρης ήταν απών, δίχως ο ίδιος ή το κέντρο υγείας να με ενημερώσουν για ακύρωση του ραντεβού. Υποθέτω ότι κάποιος προχώρησε σε εκ των υστέρων αυθαίρετη μετάθεση του ραντεβού της 24ης/12/2021 για τις 13/01/2022 δίχως εγώ να έχω προβεί σε μια τέτοια ενέργεια και δίχως να ενημερωθώ. Μάλιστα μου στάλθηκε μήνυμα ακύρωσης του υποτιθέμενου ραντεβού για τις 13/01/2022 το οποίο ουδέποτε έκλεισα. Προφανώς για να είναι δήθεν καλυμμένοι; Εντούτοις, αυτή η ενέργεια απλά αποδεικνύει την έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού, ενσυναίσθησης και σεβασμού. Ας μάθουν στο Κ.Υ. Καλλιθέας να είναι συνεπείς με τα ραντεβού τους και να ενημερώνουν τους ασθενείς τους εγκαίρως, κι όχι εκ των υστέρων απλά για να καλύπτουν τις αστοχείες τους. I made an electronic appointment with an orthopedist (Mr. Kaisaris), and, while I arrived on time for the appointment on 24/12 at 19.15, even showing the confirmation mail to the guard, he informed me that the doctor had left. The doctor failed to inform his patients about the cancellation of the appointment. Unacceptable. Never trust this health center. -> Update: I received today (11/01/2022) an automated mail from the P.F.Y. that my appointment for 13/01/2022 with Mr. Kaisaris (orthopedist) was canceled. The strange thing is that I never made an appointment for 13/01/2022, but I had then made an appointment for 24/12/2021, in which Mr. Kaisaris was absent, without him or the health center notifying me for cancellation of the appointment. I assume that someone proceeded to an ex post arbitrary postponement of the appointment of 24/12/2021 for 13/01/2022 without me having taken such an action and without being informed. In fact, I was sent a message to cancel the supposed appointment for 13/01/2022 which I never closed. Apparently to be supposedly covered? However, this action simply demonstrates a lack of professionalism, empathy and respect. Let them learn in K.Y. Kallitheas to be consistent with their appointments and to inform their patients in time, and not afterwards just to cover their failures.
Π	Πηνελόπη Χ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά των υπευθύνων: Ημέρα με αφόρητο κρύο, χιόνι και μια ουρά αναμονής τουλάχιστον μιας ώρας πατώντας στα χιόνια με παιδί θετικά νοσούντο... Οταν πια έφτασε η σειρά μας για να γίνει η απαραίτητη ταυτοπροσωπία του παιδιού (θετικού), μας είπανε ευθαρσώς ότι για να γίνει λήψη μοριακού τεστ σε παιδί κάτων των 14ετών, θα πρέπει να εξεταστεί από παιδίατρο ο οποίος (ή οποία) ΜΟΛΙΣ ΕΦΥΓΕ!!Ελάτε πάλι αύριο.... Μεταξύ άλλων τους ρωτώ: Που αναγράφετε το ωράριο της παιδιάτρου? Αν αύριο έχω αρνητικό τεστ στο παιδί, πως θα πάρω Πιστοποιητικό Νόσησης? "ΔΕΝ ΞΕΡΩ".... Μου απάντησαν "Δεν ξέρω"!!!...Ακούει κανείς?!! (το ένα αστέρι το έβαλα αναγκαστικά για να με αφήσει το σύστημα να κάνω την ανάρτηση) Unacceptable behavior of those in charge: Day with unbearable cold, snow and a queue of at least an hour pressing in the snow with a child positively ill ... When it was our turn to become the necessary identity of the child (positive), we were boldly told that in order to take a molecular test on a child under 14 years old, it should be examined by a pediatrician who (or who) JUST LEFT !! Σημειωτέον ότι είχα ξαναπεράσει νωρίτερα το μεσημέρι και είχα δει μεγαλύτερη ουρά και γι΄αυτό δεν έμεινα να περιμένω. Στις 9.35 το βράδυ, που επιτέλους είχε φτάσει η σειρά μου (ήμουν η αμέσως επόμενη για τεστ και με είχαν βάλει ήδη στον χώρο όπου περίμεναν όσοι επρόκειτο να εξεταστούν, εμένα και ακόμα 3 μετά από εμένα) ο γιατρός αυθαίρετα είπε "τέλος τα τεστ". Ενώ λένε ότι γίνονται τεστ μέχρι τις 10 το βράδυ. Ο γιατρός ήταν τουλάχιστον αγενέστατος. Αν βέβαια δεν ήταν τέτοιο ζώον θα είχε επιλέξει άλλο επάγγελμα. Λογικό που έγινε γιατρός. Πολύ κακές υπηρεσίες και ασέβεια προς τους φορολογούμενους πολίτες. Κρίμα. On 05/01 I sat in line for a molecular test at 7.15 in the afternoon. E	Ella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and following covid guidelines. Very friendly and helpful staff, they really helped me to stay calm and made sure I was okay. It’s a little unorganised but it’s quite busy so I guess that can be excused. Level of English is excellent!
