Κ	Κατερίνα Κ. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αναμονή στο τηλέφωνο ειλικρινά δεν με ενόχλησε καθόλου. Οι άνθρωποι μια χαρά σηκώνουν τα τηλέφωνα αρκεί να έχετε υπομονή κυρίως και κατανόηση. Σήμερα το πρωί τηλεφώνησα ώστε να κλείσω ραντεβού για συνταγογραφηση για τα φάρμακα της μαμάς μου. Η κυρία στο τηλέφωνο ευγενέστατη και κατατοπιστικη και για μια έξτρα ερώτηση που αφορούσε εμένα. Waiting on the phone honestly did not bother me at all. People pick up the phones just as long as you have patience and understanding. This morning I called to make an appointment to prescribe my mom's medication. The lady on the phone is very polite and informative and for an extra question that concerned me.

p	paleo koritso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσπαθούσα να πάρω τηλέφωνο για να κλείσω ραντεβού για μοριακό τεστ και δεν σήκωναν το τηλέφωνο επί 2 μέρες που προσπαθούσα. Έστειλα μήνυμα στο μέσεντζερ και μου είπαν να έρθω μέχρι τις 12:30 για να το κάνω. Πάω την επόμενη μέρα και περίμενα 2 ώρες με πυρετό και βήχα για να μου πούνε ότι θέλει ραντεβού. Όταν τους εξήγησα την κατάσταση μου είπαν να πάω να κάνω ραπίντ πρώτα, ενώ περίμενα επί 2 ώρες χωρίς να μου το πούνε πρώτα αυτό και έφυγα καθώς είδα την πιο βίαιη δειγματοληψία από τη μύτη... Χίλιες φορές σε ιδιωτικά και να πληρώνεις όπου σε συμπεριφέρονται σαν ανθρώπους... I was trying to get a phone call to make an appointment for a molecular test and they did not pick up the phone for 2 days I was trying. I texted the messenger and they told me to come by 12:30 to do it. I go the next day and wait 2 hours with fever and cough to be told he wants an appointment. When I explained the situation to them they told me to go rapid first, while I waited for 2 hours without being told this first and I left as I saw the most violent sampling from the nose ... A thousand times in private and you pay where they treat you as people ...

Very kind staff, always available to help with health issues while the ease of access raises the visitor satisfaction to really high levels in everything related to primary health care by the NSS (National Health System).

Today I went for a molecular test, the doctor was unacceptable.
p	paraskevi kor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου έγραψαν τις μισές εξετάσεις & με προέτρεψαν να μεταβώ σε ιδιωτικό μικροβιολογικό για να τις κάνω γιατί δεν έχουν αντιδραστηρια. Ο δε Παιδιατρος απρόθυμος και καθολου εξυπηρετικός . They wrote me half the tests & urged me to go to a private microbiologist to do them because they do not have reagents. The Pediatrician is reluctant and not at all helpful.
M	Martha_zef Zefkopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος τρόπος από 1 γιατρο που εφημέρευε με άλλες 3 κυρίες Τσικνοπέμπτη βράδυ.. είχα κάνει σελφ κ βγήκε αχνό θετικό.. έψαξα σ όλο το δήμο και δεν είχε κανένα ανοιχτό φαρμακειο οποτε πηγα στο κέντρο υγείας.. εκεί χασκογελουσαν τα κορίτσια και ενώ τους είπα ότι είμαι αμεα και ήρθα σε επαφή με 2 3 άτομα με πολλ θέματα υγείας , της φανηκε απαράδεκτο που ζήτησα να μ κανει ένα τετ. .απαράδεκτος τροπος και πολλη ειρωνεία η κυρία λέγοντας ότι ακολουθεί το πρωτόκολλο κλπ..χάρη σου κάνω λεει..τραγικοί... Unacceptable way from 1 doctor who was on duty with 3 other ladies Swan Thursday night .. I had taken a selfie and it came out very positive .. I searched all over the municipality and there was no open pharmacy so I went to the health center .. there the girls smiled and while I told them that I am disabled and I came in contact with 2 3 people with many health issues, it seemed unacceptable to her that I asked her to do a quad. .unacceptable way and a lot of irony the lady saying that she follows the protocol etc..thank you I say..tragic ...
