★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπήκα στον κόπο να γράψω αυτή την αρνητική κριτική για την προστασία και μόνο των καταλανωτών, καθώς με έχουν εξυπηρετήσει πολύ καλύτερα ακόμα και σε δημόσια υπηρεσία. Υποθέτω πως και αυτή θα διαγραφεί μαζί με άλλες που δεν ειναι πλέον ορατές.
Είχα την ατυχία να αναζήτησω φαρμακείο σε εφημερία στις 10/4/2022. Εκτός της κάκιστης εξυπηρέτησης, που ανάγκαζε όλους του πελάτες να περιμένουν στην ίδια ουρά είτε θέλουν rapid είτε αγορά φαρμάκων – καθώς ο κύριος που έκανε τα τεστ δεν ενημέρωνε σχετικά – η κυρία στο ταμείο ήταν η πιο αγενής φαρμακοποιός που έχω συναντήσει στην ζωή μου. Ζήτησα ένα φάρμακο που το χρειάζοταν άμεσα συγγενής μου, το οποίο δεν υπήρχε σε απόθεμα. Η κυρία απάντησε απλά «δεν το έχω» χωρίς να ρωτήσει καν αν θέλω να το παραγγείλει κτλπ. Στην ερώτηση μου, πως γίνεται ένα φαρμακείο να μην έχει το συγκεκριμένο φαρμάκο – η κυρία απάντησε «τι νομίζεις οτί είναι εδώ; Φαρμακαποθήκη;». Φεύγοντας, ο κύριος που έκανε τα rapid σχολίασε αρνητικά την συμπεριφορά μου, αντί σαν επαγγελματίας να μείνει σιωπηλός και να συνεχίσει τα rapid.
Αξίζει να σημειωθεί, πως όσο περίμενα στην ουρά και άλλη μια κύρια πριν απο εμένα παραπονέθηκε γιατί δεν υπήρχε το φάρμακο για παιδικό διαβήτη που έψαχνε για το παιδί της και εισέπραξε την ίδια συμπεριφορά.

I had the misfortune to look for a pharmacy on duty on 10/4/2022. Aside from the poor service, which forced all customers to wait in the same queue whether they wanted a quick or a drug purchase - as the test taker did not inform - the lady at the checkout was the most rude pharmacist I have ever met. I asked for a medicine that my immediate relative needed, which was not in stock. The lady simply replied "I do not have it" without even asking if I want to order it etc. To my question, how can a pharmacy not have this medicine - the lady answered "what do you think is here? Drugstore? ». Leaving, the gentleman who did the rapid commented negatively on my behavior, instead of being silent as a professional and continuing the rapid.
It is worth noting that while I was waiting in line another lady before me complained because there was no cure for childhood diabetes that she was looking for her child and received the same behavior.
