Είχα εξυπηρετηθεί όλες τις φορές από τη Γιώτα, η οποία ήταν άψογη επαγγελματίας, και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και προσεγμένο! Χθες είχα κλείσει ραντεβού για μανικιούρ ημιμόνιμο και πεντικιούρ με απλό βερνίκι με διαφορετική τεχνήτρια του καταστήματος. Δυστυχώς, αυτή τη φορά οι υπηρεσίες δεν είχαν καμία σχέση με τις προηγούμενες φορές. Στο μανικιούρ καθαρίστηκαν πρόχειρα τα επωνύχια και το σχήμα των νυχιών δε διορθώθηκε. Η βαφή, ωστόσο, έγινε προσεκτικά. Το πεντικιούρ έγινε με την ίδια βιασύνη και προχειρότητα. Παρότι θα γινόταν βαφή με απλό βερνίκι η τεχνήτρια θεώρησε απαραίτητο να κάνει απολίπανση της επιφάνειας των νυχιών λιμάροντας με τη λίμα (όχι μπάφερ). Μάλιστα, αρνητική εντύπωση μου έκανε το κακής ποιότητας βερνίκι νυχιών, που κάθε άλλο παρά επαγγελματικό ήταν. Το βερνίκι δεν στέγνωνε με τίποτα, αλλά πάραυτα η τεχνήτρια, που βιαζόταν μάλλον να σχολάσει, μου έλεγε ότι είχε στεγνώσει το χρώμα και μπορούσα να φύγω. Το αποτέλεσμα του πεντικιούρ ήταν ότι από τις 17:00 μέχρι το βράδυ το βερνίκι δεν κατάφερε να στεγνώσει εντελώς. Σήμερα το πεντικιούρ είναι χαλασμένο. Yesterday I had an appointment for a semi-permanent manicure and pedicure with simple varnish with a different technician from the store. Unfortunately, this time the services had nothing to do with the previous times. In the manicure, the cuticles were roughly cleaned and the shape of the nails was not corrected. The painting, however, was done carefully. The pedicure was done with the same haste and carelessness. Although it would be painted with a simple varnish, the technician considered it necessary to degrease the surface of the nails by filing with the file (not buffer). In fact, I was negatively impressed by the poor quality nail polish, which was anything but professional. The varnish did not dry with anything, but immediately the technician, who was probably in a hurry to finish, told me that the paint had dried and I could leave. The result of the pedicure was that from 17:00 until the evening the varnish could not dry completely. Today the pedicure is damaged.

Θα ξεκινησω λεγοντας οτι το τελικό αποτελεσμα ηταν αποδεκτο, ωστοσο ιδιαιτερα αρνητικη εντυπωση μου εκαναν τα εξης: Η τεχνήτρια που με ανελαβε δε γνωριζε το ειδος της εργασιας που θα καναμε, με αποτελεσμα, οταν ενημερωθηκε απο μενα, να φανει οριακα ενοχλημενη (υπεθεσα λογω του οτι θα επαιρνε περισσοτερο χρονο και κοπο σε σχεση με αυτο που υπολογιζε). Τελειωνοντας την εφαρμογη gel, δεν μου εγινε καν η τυπικη ερωτηση αν επιθυμω καποια διορθωση, αν και το λιμαρισμα ειχε γινει αρκετα... προχειρα. Το αποκορυφωμα ηρθε, ωστοσο, στο τελος οποτε και η τεχνητρια - γνωριζοντας ηδη οτι ηθελα κατι σε κοκκινο - επελεξε μονη της το χρωμα και ξεκινησε την εφαρμογη! Ναι, θα μπορουσα να μιλησω και λαθος μου που δεν το εκανα, ωστοσο καποια πραγματα ειναι στοιχειωδης επαγγελματισμος! I visited the store a few days ago for a gel manicure. The climax came, however, at the end when the artist - already knowing that I wanted something in red - chose the color herself and started the application! Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either.
