All the locals recommended this establishment. Very comfortable sitting. Relaxing atmosphere. The server helped me pick an orange Margarita. Beautiful presentation. I was impressed. The dessert is homemade. It’s not too sweet, perfect. I’m impressed. On my second visit it exceeded my expectations. The server greeted me. Everything I had it was the server’s recommendations. I knew he was honest and he knew the food. I was pleasantly surprised when I was given complimentary dessert. Home made loukoumathes with the perfect honey. I appreciated being recognized by the proprietor. He is professional but friendly with his guests. He is one of the few who considers the people as guests not clients. I am thankful to him that he offered to take pictures of me. That made me happy and he took 3 good pictures. A must stop on your trip to Heraklion. I had the pleasure of dining here again on June 3,2021. Once again it exceeded my expectations.
G	Gergana Nikolova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 10 stars, really! We stayed in Ammoudara 2 weeks and we visited this place every day! It simply offers everything you can think of. It combines lovely, well maintained and very clean beach with shallow sea where you can use sun beds with umbrella or even a tent with comfortable mattresses for free. Well, you have to order something, but believe me, the quality of the large variety of coffees, foods and cocktails is more than excellent and at a very reasonable price! We tried almost everything on the menu and everything was delicious and well decorated, so you can please all your senses! The beach offers also a playground for the kids, so they can play leaving parents to relax. But what's most important is the friendly staff that would make everything to make you feel more than welcome. If you go there ask for Gianni who will intuitively guess what you like and will serve you with a kindness of a good friend. I wish there are more places like that! The Heaven Beach deserves it's name by all means! Ones again many thanks to Gianni, Geiorgos, Irinni and all of the people working there for doing their job with love and making us feel in Heaven!
