Świetna lokalizacja, tylko kilka kroków nad brzeg morza gdzie mieszczą się mini port, plaża i lokalne knajpki. Clean, nice rooms, Very comfortable beds! all in accordance with the photos. Bathroom with large shower and shelves for utensils. Great location, only a few steps to the seashore with a mini port, beach and local pubs.

La mer à vos pieds, des habitants agréables, un joli coin de repos, détente vacances pour visiter Paros. Very very welcoming hosts. We stayed for 7 nights. A nice walk in front of the apartments. The sea at your feet, pleasant inhabitants, a nice place to rest, relax vacation to visit Paros.
P	Pier-olivier Monfette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons vraiment aimé cet endroit. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. Les proprios sont les mêmes que le restaurant Aliki. Ils (elles) sont super sympathique et accommodante. Nous étions 4 et nous y sommes resté environ 12 jours. Les chambres sont propres également, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Belle attention à l'arrivée avec un plateau remplis d'essentiel (sucré, café, sel, poivre, ...). La localisation est super, il y a 2 plages à 2 mins de marche. Le secteur deviens piétonnier à partir de 19hrs environ. Supermarché à distance de marché et plusieurs restaurant disponible. L'arrêt d'autobus est à 2 mins de marché donc, pas besoin d'auto pour tout le séjour. Seul bémol est que nous n'avons pas le vue sur l'eau et que, parfois, il y a des mariages aux restaurant le samedi, ce qui fait que c'est très bruyant jusqu'au petites heures du matin. Sinon, c'est super tranquille tous les soirs! We really liked this place. The bedrooms are large and spacious. The owners are the same as the Aliki restaurant. They are super friendly and accommodating. There were 4 of us and we stayed there for about 12 days. The rooms are also clean, cleaning is done every day. Nice attention on arrival with a tray filled with essentials (sweet, coffee, salt, pepper, ...). The location is great, there are 2 beaches within 2 mins walk. The area becomes pedestrian from around 7 p.m. Supermarket within walking distance and several restaurants available. The bus stop is 2 mins from the market so no need for a car for the entire stay. The only downside is that we don't have a view of the water and that sometimes there are weddings in restaurants on Saturdays, which makes it very noisy until the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise, it's super quiet every night!

A little bit set back, so not much noise from the port, where life gets quite busy after 10pm, but still right around the corner. Good for families or couples who are looking for a more calm place. The place has a big garden behind which creates a nice atmosphere. We could wash our clothes and got generous support by the from the staff. Great value for the money. Two things that could be improved (we had the room for three): the fridges where noisy. After we asked to replace the first one the second was better, but still noticeable. The air-conditioning was unfortunately pretty loud as well, so we had to turn it off during the night. The bathroom is very small, you can sit on the toilet while showering, while this can not be changed I guess, a proper shower curtain would prevent the whole floor of the bathroom to be soaking wet. A proper rating would be 4 1/2 stars.

Lovely room, good bathroom with great rainfall shower, fridge, hot plates, sink with utensils, coffee making facilities, mosquito plugin, private balcony with garden view, 100m from beachfront, quaint little harbour with lots of little fishing boats, a choice of mini markets, bakeries, transport rental, lovely seafood & other restraunts a stones throw away including Helen's own establishment. Local bus stop 5 mins away with connections to Paros main town & port. Quiet area with friendly atmosphere. We will be back the next time we visit. Affordable too.
