Bought 6 items, but they only packed in 5 of my items and missing one, the Mastic Tear miniature liquor. So disappointed and the service is so unreliable...

I'm so disappointed in service! I wanted to choose perfume, and there is no samples (because of Covid-19), so I was looking for a consultant to help me out, but all of them stood far away chatted and payed no attention to me, when I came over to ask about perfumes ,one of them reluctantly came with me and gave me one sample to try and then immediately left to her colleagues and continued chatting!I had a flight on 24rd of August.

I’ve been a Kiehl’s fan for many years but in this shop the seller of the Kiehl’s was so rude and unprofessional that I just had to leave. You shouldn’t speak in such tone with the potential customers if you are the seller.

Very helpful lady, very knowledgable of perfumes etc but she failed to tell me that it's 2+1 free. Thanks to the manager at the counter that told me about the offer, I ended up getting a free perfume'!

The woman ran my card through in USD and accepted the bank conversion rate/markup as opposed to letting me choose which currency to run it as (which legally you the customer should have the choice of). Cost me an extra 5% or so on my purchase. Every other duty free shop let's the customer decide. Otherwise it's just like any other small duty free shop in the airport.

Trying to buy/reserve from their online shop. They called and they said that discount codes are not valid for liquors and that transaction cannot be completed and that is a system error (without proposing a solution for the extra money I need to pay). Trying to buy without the discount code, I complete the process. I receive an email that the product is out of stock. I go back to their site the product still seems completely available to buy!! Very bad organisation , unprofessional and disorganised

One of the most well arranged and clean airports in Europe. Duty free shops are well equipped and they offer a great variety of products which may assist you in your journey either you travel within Greece or outside the country. The gift ideas you may find are excellent while the prices are affordable and on some products you may find nice sales. Food and beverage options are excellent and variety of Greek and foreign tastes can be found within the airport lounges and public spaces. If you have adequate time you may come earlier to the airport and have a great time while waiting your departure.

Went to buy some amber leaf tobacco. Found it on the shelf, saw a price if 31 euro on the shelf, but told to pay 41 on the counter. Went back on the shelf, for a second look, only to discover that there was no price tag at all for amber leaf. Every other tobacco this packing size was 31 , apart from amber leaf - which had no label. Mentioned this to the staff and they did not give a toss, hence the 2 stars. Quality.....
