G	Gesthemane Papadopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κατεβασμένα τηλέφωνα μόνιμα κ ανάλογα τα κέφια των υπαλλήλων η εξυπηρέτηση.. όσον αφορά την υπηρεσία της κούριερ δεν θα φτάσουν ποτέ σπίτι σας ισχυριζόμενοι ότι άφησαν ενημέρωση γιατί δεν βρήκαν κανέναν (ακόμη κ μέσα στην καραντίνα αγαπητέ πώς γίνεται να μη βρήκατε κανέναν).. σκέτη απογοήτευση. Downed phones permanently and depending on the mood of the employees the service .. as far as the courier service will never reach your house claiming that they left information because they did not find anyone (even in quarantine dear how can you not find anyone) .. plain disappointment.

Κάθε χρόνο οι κούτες μου έρχονται σε άθλια κατάσταση και ποτέ δεν παίρνω ειδοποίηση με μνμ στο κινητό. Κάθε χρόνο το ΕΛΤΑ μας δείχνει ότι είναι ότι πιο άχρηστο υπάρχει.. αλλά και τι να εμπιστευτείς που όλες οι εταιρίες μεταφοράς είναι ένα αχουρι. Εσείς που δουλεύετε στα ΕΛΤΑ λοιπόν αν φτιάξετε τον τρόπο σας και αν είστε λίγο πιο υπεύθυνοι ίσως κάνετε την εξυπηρέτηση μας καλύτερη. ΕΊΣΤΕ ΕΝΑ ΑΧΟΥΡΙ!!!!! Irresponsibility in its grandeur. E	Elisa Kbd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κοροϊδία σκέτη. Έστειλα δέμα από Αθήνα Δράμα με όλα τα στοιχεία επανω και σε 4 εργάσιμες ημέρες φαινόταν ότι είχε φτάσει. Περιμέναμε, πέρασαν μέρες, πήραμε τηλέφωνο, μας είπαν ότι θα έρθει SMS στον παραλήπτη. Ομως 2 εβδομάδες μετά, το δέμα ήταν ακόμα εκεί στη θυρίδα και ο παραλήπτης δεν είχε πάρει την παραμικρή ειδοποίηση!! Πήραμε ξανά και μας είπαν ότι αν έχουμε βάλει τον αριθμό σίγουρα θα έχει έρθει μήνυμα. Μην είστε τόσο σίγουρος κύριε το μήνυμα το έχει η υπηρεσία για τα μάτια του κόσμου μάλλον η για όπου θέλουν οι συνάδελφοι σας. Στην τελικη μας είπε ότι το δέμα είναι εκεί κ να περάσουμε να το πάρουμε. Χαίρω πολύ, ευχαριστώ. Είναι ντροπή και εξευτελιστικο. Funny mockery. I sent a parcel from Athens Drama with all the details on it and in 4 working days it seemed that it had arrived. We waited, days passed, we got a phone call, we were told that an SMS would come to the recipient. But 2 weeks later, the parcel was still there in the locker and the recipient had not received the slightest notice !! We got it again and they told us that if we put the number it would definitely have a message. Don't be so sure sir the message is the service for the eyes of the world rather than for where your colleagues want it. In the end he told us that the package is there and let's go get it. I'm very happy, thank you. It is shameful and humiliating.
