Αρα το οτι κανει την μιση ωρα απτο bluestar το ξεγραφουμε. 1000 φορες bluestar που θα φυγει στην ωρα του οτι και να γινει και ειναι και μιση τιμη το εισητηριο. In the summer standard 1+ hour delay. So what makes a tangible bluestar for half an hour we write off. 1000 times bluestar that will leave on time no matter what happens and the ticket is half price.
J	Joanne Baltzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπρεπε να φύγει το πλοίο 15:35 απο Κουφονήσια και αυτό εφτασε 16:55 στο λιμανι. Περιμέναμε έξτρα 1 ωρα και 20 λεπτα κατω απο τον ηλιο. Δεν έγινε κανένας έλεγχος(ουτε καν ταυτότητα, ας μη μιλησω για πιστοποιητικά εμβολιασμού και rapid test) γιατι προφανώς βιαζόντουσαν. Τελικως φτασαμε με 2 ωρες καθυστέρηση. Απλά τραγική η κατάσταση που επικρατούσε. Ας μη μιλήσω για τις παροχές του πλοίου. The ship had to leave Koufonisia at 15:35 and it arrived at the port at 16:55. We waited extra 1 hour and 20 minutes under the sun. There was no check (not even an ID, let alone vaccination certificates and a rapid test) because they were obviously in a hurry. We finally arrived 2 hours late. The situation was simply tragic. Let me not talk about the benefits of the ship.

J	Julian Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thought I would share my experience on the Hellenic Seaways Highspeed 7, for the benefit of others. Not sure if it's a one off but it strongly impacted my impression of Hellenic Seaways. Whilst it was a decent sailing experience, with the ship being very smooth and stable, I had a horrific customer service experience. On 29/5/2018, the 1240pm Highspeed 7 from Paros to Mykonos got delayed for 2+ hours due to a technical error and we were all stuck in the dock, on the ship. The thing is, there was no communication whatsoever from the reception until many questions were asked about why the ship wasn't moving off. In all of that 2 hours there were just two interim updates from the ship's crew with not much information about next steps or how long we would have to wait. There were a lot of aggrieved passengers on board because a number of them were rushing to Mykonos to catch a flight, and I overheard that quite a number of them missed it due to the delay. The fact is, had the ship's crew taken the effort to communicate better about the estimated delay times, those rushing passengers could have gotten off and boarded other ferries to Mykonos, but because nothing was said, people just sat and waited aimlessly not knowing what would happen.
