Man wird mit anderen reisegruppen zusammen gelegt(die bei den Ausflügen ein anderes Programm als man selbst hat) ohne das man darüber informiert wird. Man ist dann ausgeschlissen da man diese Leistungen ja nicht gebucht hat. NIE WIEDER MIT HELLENIC ZEUS
We were satisfied for the first two years. But the quality has diminished very much. You are with other travel groups put together (on the excursions a different program than you have) without the informed. One is then skipped because you have not booked these services. NEVER AGAIN WITH HELLENIC ZEUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a boat trip to an unhabited island in Crete paid €130 for me and my girlfriend when we came to dock at the island the wind had got up we docked and the rope snapped they then abandoned the trip and went back to shore we didn't get an apology and no refund or part refund. I paid €130 to go on a buss ride and lost a day of my holiday. I then messaged them through Facebook they read the message but never replied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There a joke you must need the money more than me. Keep it!
