★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο πατέρας μου φιλοξενήθηκε για περίπου έναν μήνα στη Μονάδα Φροντίδας Ηλικιωμένων Ηράκλειος καθώς πλέον δεν μπορούσε να αυτοεξυπηρετηθεί και είχε ανάγκη από 24ωρη φροντίδα. Το περιβάλλον είναι πολύ προσεγμένο, με χώρους καθαρούς και περιποιημένους και δωμάτια φωτεινά, άνετα και κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένα για τις ανάγκες του πατέρα μου. Το προσωπικό στάθηκε δίπλα του προσφέροντας φροντίδα και υποστήριξη, καθώς και καθημερινή επικοινωνία και ενημέρωση προς τους συγγενείς. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τη διεύθυνση, το νοσηλευτικό και ιατρικό προσωπικό για την άψογη συνεργασία και για τη φροντίδα και το ενδιαφέρον που έδειξαν στον πατέρα μου για τον διάστημα που παρέμεινε στη μονάδα.
 My father was hospitalized for about a month in the Elderly Care Unit of Heraklion as he could no longer support himself and needed 24-hour care. The environment is very neat, with clean and tidy spaces and rooms bright, comfortable and properly equipped for my father's needs. The staff stood by him offering care and support, as well as daily communication and information to relatives. We warmly thank the management, the nursing and medical staff for the excellent cooperation and for the care and interest they showed to my father for the time he remained in the unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν πληρούν τις προϋποθέσεις και τα μέτρα για τον covid 19 η Γιαγιά μου κόλλησε covid εκεί μέσα και μετά από λίγο απεβίωσε μεγάλη ανευθυνότητα. Συγκεκριμένα άτομα αξίζουν μόνο από το προσωπικό . Η διοίκηση δεν έχει καμία οργάνωση.
