★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't let me rent a car, that I had already paid for, without an international driver's license, even though I rented a car at another Hertz location without any issues. Then, they wanted me to add CDW, even though it was covered by my credit card, so the put a $9000 hold on my credit card to cover replacement of the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took ages to get the car and fill in the paperwork. Lady didnt know how the basic stuff of the car worked. They charged me 400€ for 26hrs for a vitara !!!!! I brought the car back a day early and got no refund at all! Very unfriendly staff at the return.... avoid like the plague - serious ripoff and totally inflexible!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grey-haired, very experienced gentleman at the desk whose name I don‘t know was extremely kind, professional and helpful. It‘s the second time we‘ve used Hertz in Volos and we can honestly recommend it. Efcharisto poli!

The service was very bad- the guy in the agency was really rude and not welcoming. He tried to cheat us and to give us a smaller car for larger group price.
Also Expensive.

הבנאדם בקבלה היה ממש גס וניסה לרמות אותנו ולתת לנו רכב קטן יותר ממה שהזמנו..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whilst the car was fine and what we needed for the week, upon returning the vehicle we were accused by a small fry of having changed the rear wheels/ rims. He proceeded to confront us face to face in a hostile manner, about something we had not done. Make sure you take full pictures of your vehicles upon receipt, agreeing all scratches and bumps in advance. So that when small minded, bored, sales staff with little else to do attempt and dare to milk you of a few quid you're armed in advance! You've been warned! I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive in the high season, especially when hiring for a couple of days. Offering different prices at the shop, at the international website and at the greek website. The man working in the shop is extremely rude, unhelpful and he is threatening people before taking the car. He told us that he "will not accept it if we scratch the car". Also "if you make scratches don't try to make tricks to hide them, it will not work with me" and other similar comments.. Avoid if you can.
