★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding and professional service from beginning to end. The employees on the morning of July 8 2019 in Piraeus were very professional and coordinated. Realizing that our suitcases were a bit large, the desk clerk upgraded us to slightly larger car. The desk worker explained everything thoroughly and then he introduced his colleague who took us out the car so that we were 100% comfortable with the car and its features. Customer service was great and I highly recommend this firm in Piraeus.

once they took your deposit, they can do what they want!
I know though a friend working in this chain, that their job is to find whatever possible to retain as much money as they can from this deposit. And when you talk to them, especially the long haired greek casanova, he will answer arrogantly, speaking in greek about you, with his workmates in a condescendant way, gathering together to make the most profit. Make sure you do not have any cat hair on your clothe, that could remain on the car sits: it will cost you at least 60 eur extra for the "cleaning" (a cleaning person in greece earns about 5eur/hour)
Avoid it, there are other car rentals less mafia-styled...
