I would knock 1/2 off due to the usage of butter in most of the dishes but then again it's based on French cuisine and it's not a place you go eat all the time . Keep up the good work ?

The chef kindly greeted us at our table and sent us spectacular dishes. The ones that were best were probably not the ones expected. We travel in flavor between France, India and Asia. I recognized specific flavours that only my mum cooks in traditional dishes. So here are my advice: if you never tried any starred restaurant, this one is a bargain in quality and price! Go ahead . And if you have been to starred restaurant, go there it is wayyyy much a bargain in quality and price than most that have stars. Hervé, I really appreciated the time , and keep make your cuisine evolve!
B	Bite Jw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is delicious. In particular, tuna and Cod were very delicious. The service is also very kind. It was a good experience to sit at the counter and watch like a performance. Also duck prosciutto is very nice??

D	Dimitrios Papageorgiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best restaraunt in the city of Athens right now. Excellent menu from fish to meat and with inspirations from different cuisines. The amount of plates might be a bit large but all of them are delicious and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere is very nice, with the large bar around the kitchen where you can see the chefs’ preparations. It was nothing like the formal michelin starred restaurants with white tablecloths and for me is a huge plus. We tried the wine pairing with wines from greek wineyards and the combinations with the tastes was excellent. Highly recommended!

The beet and asparagus dishes were amazing. So was the truffle Negroni. Great service as well. I was able to get a same-day reservation at the bar seating.

What the chef does with the ingredients is ingenious and brings out very flavourful pieces of art on a table. The flavours are influenced by the Greek, French and Indian cuisine. What a combination! The staff and everyone in the kitchen are really attentive and you feel at home. I did not love the greek wine pairing. There are far better and interesting wines in Greece in my opinion. Nonetheless some of the wines were amazing. Well done to everyone - definitely recommend!
