E	Evans Bellis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μία λάμπα φθορισμού 40W (Τ9) και μου τη χρέωσαν 8 (οκτώ!) ευρώ, όταν σε άλλα καταστήματα κοστίζει 4-5 ευρώ (ουσιαστικά διπλή τιμή, όπως κατόπιν διαπίστωσα). Σαν να μην έφθανε αυτό, όντας πελάτης επί πολλά χρόνια (περί τα 10), ζήτησα να μου την αλλάξουν (έχοντάς τη στη συσκευασία της μαζί με την απόδειξη αγοράς της) για να αγοράσω άλλες λάμπες "κεράκια" (δεν ζήτησα χρήματα πίσω). Αρνήθηκαν (!) με τη δικαιολογία ότι την είχα καιρό και μπορεί να ήταν μεταχειρισμένη (λες και δεν φαίνεται η μεταχειρισμένη λάμπα φθορίου). Άσχημη αντιμετώπιση απέναντι σε έναν πελάτη που για χρόνια ψώνιζε από το εν λόγω κατάστημα αλλά και πανάκριβη η λάμπα φθορισμού. I bought a fluorescent lamp 40W (T9) and they charged me 8 (eight!) Euros, when in other stores it costs 4-5 euros (essentially double the price, as I found out later). As if that was not enough, being a customer for many years (around 10), I asked them to change it for me (having it in the package along with the proof of purchase) to buy other "candles" (I did not ask for money back). They refused (!) With the excuse that I had it for a long time and it may have been used (as if the used fluorescent lamp does not appear). Bad treatment towards a customer who for years bought from this store but also the very expensive fluorescent lamp.
