★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείνει ιδιοκτησίες ζητώντας μεγάλο χρηματικό ποσό για εγγύηση (ΟΚ θεμιτό - περι ορέξεως...), βάζοντας τον πελάτη να υπογράψει ιδιωτικό συμφωνητικό το οποίο ειναι κακογραμμένο και δεν καλύπτει τον πελάτη σε ΑΠΟΛΥΤΩΣ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ απο αυτα που αναγράφει. Κακογραμμένο σημαινει: οτι στο συμφωνητικό κατα πασα πιθανότητα θα αναγράφει ότι ο ίδιος εκπροσωπεί τον πωλητη (ναι ...και εγω λέω ότι εκπροσωπώ τον Θεό αλλά δεν μπορώ να βάλω ρασα υποθέτω) και ασυναρτησίες του τυπου αν ο πωλητής αθετήσει την αγοραπωλησία παίρνετε πισω τα χρήματα σας ΣΥΝ αλλα τόσα. Και όλα αυτα με ενα χαρτί που συνέταξε ο ίδιος και οχι καποιος επίσημος φορεας !!!
Πάντως αν σκοπευετε να αγοράσετε ιδιοκτησία μεσω του "κυρίου", καλό θα ηταν να αποφυγετε τα ιδιωτικά συμφωνητικα ΜΑΖΙ ΤΟΥ και να απευθυνθείτε σε συμβολαιγράφο ζητώντας να σας συντάξει "συμφωνητικό αρραβώνα" για να είστε καλλυμένοι και να μη χασετε την υπέρογκη προκαταβολή που θα σας ζητήσει αν κάτι πάει στραβα.
Επίσης, διαφημίζει άλλα τετραγωνικά απ΄οτι αναγραφει το συμβόλαιο. Πέφτει μια στρογγυλοποίηση... συνηθως προς τα πάνω.
Κακος επαγγελματισμός. Δεν συνίσταται! Αποφύγετε
Closes properties asking for a large sum of money for a guarantee (OK legitimate - for appetite ...), putting the client to sign a private contract which is misspelled and does not cover the client in ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of what he states. Misspelled means: that the contract will probably state that he represents the seller (yes ... and I say I represent God but I can not race I guess) and nonsense of the type if the seller fails to buy you get back your money PLUS but so much. And all this with a paper written by him and not an official body !!!
However, if you are planning to buy a property through the "owner", it would be good to avoid private contracts WITH HIM and contact a notary asking him to write a "contract engagement" for you to be covered and not to miss the huge deposit he will ask for. if something goes wrong.
He also advertises other squares than the contract states. A rounding falls ... usually upwards.
Bad professionalism. Not recommended! Avoid
