★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ μικρό αξιοθέατο το οποίο είναι μια τετράγωνη χαμηλού ύψους κολόνα, με μια ιδιαίτερη τεχνολογικά κατασκευή η οποία εξ ορισμού δείχνει την ώρα με βάση τον ήλιο. Υπάρχει υπόμνημα οδηγιών ακριβώς δίπλα στο ρολόι.
It is a very small attraction which is a square low column, with a special technological construction which by definition shows the time based on the sun. There is an instruction note right next to the clock.

Θυμάμαι στο δημοτικό που μας έλεγαν οι δάσκαλοι όταν θα πηγαίναμε στα ''Ψηλ' Αλώνια'' για να παίξουμε, να περνούσαμε και από το ηλιακό ρολόι. Από αυτό ένα παιδί μπορεί να καταλάβει αρκετά πράγματα πλάκα πλάκα...
It is a special attraction, complementary to the general image of the square. I remember in elementary school what the teachers told us when we would go to "Psil 'Alonia" to play, to go through the sundial. From this a child can understand several things fun ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πλατεία με την ωραιότερη θέα στην πόλη και με πολλά καλά Cafe για όλα τα γούστα. Ιστορική πλατεία, όσων αφορά την πολιτιστική της μεριά, με μόνη εξαίρεση το άγαλμα του παλαιών Πατρών Γερμανού, όπου ήταν ένας προδότης ... πάρ"οτι μας λένε στα βιβλία της ιστορίας και στα σχολεία.
Σε γενικές γραμμές πάντως είναι από τα καλύτερα μέρη της Πάτρας.
The square with the most beautiful view of the city and with many good Cafe for all tastes. Historic square, in terms of its cultural side, with the sole exception of the statue of the old German Patras, where he was a traitor ... despite what we are told in history books and schools.
In general, however, it is one of the best places in Patras.
