★ ★ ★ ★ ★ purchased hat from HNC hats through etsy. delivery was delayed and delayed and when their delivery attempt was finally tried and there was no one home ( no warning of delivery date) the hat, paid for was returned to greece with no refund or notification whatsoever to me. now, agnoulita and etsy have my money, but i have no hat.
