★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mask cost 35 Euro and snorkel 15 euro so like 50 Euro for a set. The mask fits well but it's foams alot. I expected more from a mask that cost 35 euro. To svimm more then 5-10 meter before foaming up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a new airbed when we were traveling through Greece, then we noticed that there isn't Decathlon in Greece so we visited hobbi :) Hobbi was a good store with variety of products for camping, trekking, diving etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store for info about spearfishing. I was fast serviced and everyone was willingly helpful. There was a vast variety of products and qualities. I could say that it is the best shop in Thessaloniki about spearfishing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I leave this place a review after spending over 500 euros in the shop over the last week. I am not usually leaving reviews but what I experienced isn't reflected to any of the reviews I read prior my visit.
Good things first, so I am going to start by saying that they have a great inventory, I am afraid though, that the positives end here, as the customer service & experience isn't great.
Although you are spending your precious money to buy gear that is 10-20 % higher than the average value of the product, they act like they are doing you a favour. The attitude isn't that great, and you won't get discounts like other shops do in Thessaloniki, the product knowledge is kinda average as well, I didn't get any kind of valid answers when I had few questions about certain products.
I would suggest the camping shop in the centre of Thessaloniki named Petridi, they have similar inventories but they value the customer much more and they were really helpful when I had to choose some of my gear, they also gave me a discount as I bought directly from the physical shop, something that HOBBI - Karasavidis didn't do although I paid triple the ammount of money.
Such a pity that one of the biggest camping shops in northern Greece has this kind of approach, they could do much much better!

Also after sales was immaculate: We had a question reg. the shipping and they were very helpful and supported us perfectly and in English language. We never did online shopping in Greece before - and are happy we had such a good experience with hobbi.gr. I already ordered a second item after this very good experience. Efcharisto!
