The house was exactly what it needed, cozy, close to everything and clean and had a very nice balcony- which is what you need for the days you don't want to get out of the house!
M	Michael Ralf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wohnung mit Schwächen… Die ganzen guten Bewertungen entsprechen nicht der Realität, ich füge gern mal ein paar aktuelle Bilder an, da kann sich jeder selbst einen Eindruck verschaffen. Die Lage ist schon relativ gut, ca. 300 Meter zur Metro und auch sonst ist das Viertel recht geschäftig und angenehm. Die Wohnung an sich ist relativ dunkel das Bad ist fast schon eklig aber der Rest ist ganz nett. Es befinden sich 2 Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung, eine im Wohnzimmer, die andere im Schlafzimmer, diese funktionieren super. Auch die Abwicklung bzw. Übergabe der Wohnung lief problemlos. Anmerken möchte ich auch noch, dass es nicht ganz sauber war, im Bad fanden wir durchaus Haare von den Vorgängern… Apartment with weaknesses ... All the good reviews do not correspond to reality, I like to add a few current pictures, since everyone can get an impression themselves. The location is relatively good, about 300 meters to the metro and otherwise the area is quite busy and pleasant. The apartment itself is relatively dark the bathroom is almost disgusting but the rest is quite nice. There are 2 air conditioners in the apartment, one in the living room, the other in the bedroom, they work great. The settlement or transfer of the apartment ran smoothly. Note, I would like to say that it was not completely clean, in the bathroom we found quite hair from its predecessors ...
