Η πρώτη φάση του έργου έγινε το 2007 με την αρχική έκδοση της άδειας.
Η δεύτερη φάση του έργου (2016) περιλαμβάνει μαζί με την αναθεώρηση της άδειας, αλλαγή κατόψεων, όψεων, ύψους και όγκου.

 The construction of the Holy Chapel of Agios Timotheos, Archbishop of Proikonnisos, takes place in this area.
The employer of the project is the Holy Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary of the New Palaces of Oropos.
Funders are all the pious citizens and donors of the place.
The first phase of the project took place in 2007 with the initial issuance of the permit.
The second phase of the project (2016) includes together with the revision of the permit, change of floor plans, facades, height and volume.
