Ιδιαίτερη προσοχή αξίζει να δώσει ο επισκέπτης στο λιθανάγλυφο που βρίσκεται πάνω από την είσοδο. Η ύπαρξή του μαρτυρά παλαιότερη εκκλησία που υπήρχε στο χώρο. Αξίζει επίσης να σημειωθεί ότι στο χώρο αυτό, Πηλιορείτες και Μακεδόνες πολέμησαν και νίκησαν τους Τούρκους το Μάιο του 1823.
It is a picturesque, well-kept church by the sea. The access on foot from the main road is very easy. The visitor pays special attention to the stone carving located above the entrance. Its existence testifies to an older church that existed in the area. It is also worth noting that in this area, Pelionians and Macedonians fought and defeated the Turks in May 1823.
