★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο ναός του Αγίου Στεφάνου αποτελεί ένα από τα στολίδια της πόλης, πρόσφατα αναστηλωμένος. Στο εσωτερικό του μπορεί κανείς να θαυμάσει τα διαφορετικά στρώματα τοιχογραφίας (9-10, 13ος, 14ος) και ιδιαίτερα της τρεις μορφές του Χριστού στην κεντρική κάμαρα. Αξίζει οπωσδήποτε μια επίσκεψη!
The church of Agios Stefanos is one of the jewels of the city, recently restored. Inside one can admire the different layers of murals (9-10, 13th, 14th) and especially the three figures of Christ in the central arch. Definitely worth a visit!

Βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στις παραδοσιακές συνοικίες του Απόζαρι και του Ντολτσού, στο δρόμο προς Προφήτη Ηλία και Βουνού Καστοριάς. Είναι τρίκλιτη θολοσέπαστη βασιλική με υπερυψωμενο μεσαίο κλίτος και παραθυρα που σχηματιζουν φωταγωγό. Εχει τη νκλασική μεσοβυζαντινή τοιχοποία της Καστοριάς με πέτρες σε φυσικό σχήμα ή αδρά πελεκημένες. Ενώ σχηματίζουν διακοσμητικά γράμματα και σχήματα. Στα δυτικά υπάρχει διώροφος νάρθηκας και γυναικωνίτης όπου φιλοξενείται μικρό παρεκλήσσιο της Αγίας Αννας το λεγόμενο ασηκταριό. Οι τοιχογραφιές του χρονολογούνται από τον 9ο ως τον 14ο αιώνα. Ο ναός είναι επισκέψιμος κατόπιν συννενόησης με τους φύλκες του Βυζαντινού Μουσείου Καστοριάς καθημερινά εκτός Δευτέρας ωρες 08-15.
The oldest Christian church in Kastoria was built in the middle of the 9th century AD. It is located between the traditional districts of Apozari and Doltsos, on the road to Profitis Ilias and Mount Kastoria. It is a three-aisled vaulted basilica with an elevated middle aisle and windows that form a skylight. It has the classic mid-Byzantine masonry of Kastoria with stones in natural shape or coarsely chipped. While forming decorative letters and shapes. To the west there is a two-storey narthex and a women's quarters where a small chapel of Agia Anna, the so-called asaktari, is housed. Its frescoes date from the 9th to the 14th century. The church can be visited after consultation with the guardians of the Byzantine Museum of Kastoria daily except Monday hours 08-15.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφος και περιποιημένος καστοριανός ναός. Ωραίος ο φωτισμός του τη νύχτα. Το εσωτερικό του φυσικά δεν μπορέσαμε να το δούμε λόγω ακατάλληλης ώρας.
Beautiful and well-kept Kastoria temple. Nice lighting at night. The interior of course we could not see because of the wrong time.
