Παρηγγειλα μια κουζινα, μου την εφεραν γεματη γρατζουνιες και αντι να μου την αντικαταστησουν, μου ειπαν να βαλω λιγο λαδι για inox επιφανειες λες και τους ειπα οτι εχει δαχτυλιες. Μου ειπαν μαλιστα οτι αυτα συμβαινουν κατα τη μεταφορα τους!!!! Δηλαδη σοβαρα τωρα; Τους εστειλα και φωτογραφιες για να τη δουν, αλλα δεν ασχοληθηκαν ποτε. Απο μενα ενα μεγαλο Χ. Amateurs. I ordered a kitchen, they brought it to me full of scratches and instead of replacing it, they told me to put some oil for stainless steel surfaces as if I told them that it has rings. They even told me that these things happen during their transport !!!! So seriously now? I also sent them photos to see her, but they never bothered. From me a big X.
A	Aliftiras Vasilis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μια κουζίνα και στην παραγγελία ανέφερα ότι είναι στον 5ο όροφο. Με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο και μου λένε πως "δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση το παιδί να ανέβει στον 5ο" και πως αν δεν χωράει στο ασανσέρ να την ανεβάσω μόνος μου(παρεμπιπτόντως αν δεν είχε μεταφορά μέσα θα έπαιρνα από αλλού μιας και πρέπει να κάνω εγχείρηση στο γόνατο και δεν μπορώ να σηκώνω βάρη). Εν τέλει μου φέρνουν την κουζίνα, την άνοιξαν έξω στο δρόμο χωρίς να ελέγξουν αν χωράει με το κουτί στο ασανσέρ, την έβαλαν μέσα στο ασανσέρ και μου λένε "ωραία, χώρεσε, κάνεις μόνος σου το υπόλοιπο" και έφυγαν αφήνοντας 2 κομμάτια φελιζόλ στο χώρο της πολυκατοικίας και πετώντας την υπόλοιπη συσκευασία άτσαλα πάνω και γύρω από τον κάδο. Μετάνιωσα που για 20 ευρώ(δεν είχε το ίδιο μοντέλο) δεν αγόρασα την πιο φτηνή απ'το Electrostudio απ'τους οποίους είχα την καλύτερη μεταχείριση σε αντίστοιχες συσκευές(ψυγείο και καφετιέρες κλπ). I ordered a kitchen and on the order I said it was on the 5th floor. I regretted that for 20 euros (not the same model) I did not buy the cheapest of Electrostudio from whom I had the best treatment in similar appliances (fridge and coffee makers etc).
D	Diana Pav on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση κ επικοινωνία. Έκανα παραγγελία την Τετάρτη Πέμπτη πρωί μου το έφεραν το πλυντήριο χωρίς έξτρα έξοδα και το ανεβασαν κ στον πρώτο όροφο. Πλήρωσα με καρτα καθώς είχαν μαζί τους οι μεταφορείς pos. Συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρεία για τους εργαζόμενους και τις ευκολίες στην εξυπηρέτηση. Σίγουρα θα ξανα ψωνίσω από το κατάστημα! Επαγγελματίες. Excellent, impeccable service and communication. I made an order on Wednesday, Thursday morning, and the laundry was brought at no extra cost and was uploaded to the first floor. Πολύ ευχαριστημένος με την εξυπηρέτηση του καταστήματος και την συμπεριφορά των εργαζομένων σε αυτό! Θα ήταν ακόμη καλύτερα εάν παρείχε την δυνατότητα άτοκων δόσεων με χρήση πιστωτικής κάρτας... Παρόλα αυτά, άψογοι! I ordered through the online shop of a fitted kitchen at 2:30 pm and the next day was my home! Very pleased with the service of the store and the behavior of the staff there! Όλα πήγαν καλά, με ενημέρωσαν για τον χρόνο της δωρεάς παράδοση όπου έγινε την ακριβώς επόμενη μέρα (η παραγγελία έγινε μεσημέρι της προηγούμενης) και όλα ήταν όπως ακριβώς είχαμε συμφωνήσει τηλεφωνικά. Αν με ρωτάτε θα ψώνιζα ξανά γιατί συνδυάζει και εξαιρετικά καλές τιμές αλλά και συνέπεια. The order was made by phone and by deposit in a bank account of my choice by sending IBAN via email.
