Ενώ πριν την παραγγελία αλλά και αμέσως μετά ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί στο τηλέφωνο, το αποτέλεσμα ήταν άκρως απογοητευτικό και αντιεπαγγγελματικό. Τα πράγματα παραδόθηκαν σε άλλη διεύθυνση, σε κάποιον άγνωστο που δεν είχε την παραμικρή σχέση με μένα και όταν μετά από 10 μέρες το ανακάλυψα, και υποσχέθηκε η homez να διορθωθεί το λάθος και να μου παραδοθούν άμεσα όχι απλώς δεν έγινε αλλά συνεχίστηκε η ταλαιπωρία. Αντί η εταιρία να ασχοληθεί με τον μεταφορέα της για να αποκαταστήσει το λάθος, αδιαφόρησε με αποτέλεσμα να μιλάω εγώ με έναν τελείως αδιάφορο άνθρωπο και να τον παρακαλάω για το πότε θα μου παραδοθούν τα πράγματα "και δεν χάθηκε κι ο κόσμος, τι Παρασκευή, τι Δευτέρα".... Τραγική εμπειρία, το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω. Very bad experience. T	THODORIS MAMOUGAS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δύσκολα βρίσκει κανείς κατάστημα με άριστη συνεχή και κυρίως ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση ( ειδικά επαρχιακό) . Μπράβο τους για τον υγιή επαγγελματισμο τους. Αγορά τραπεζιού κουζίνας με αντικαταβολή, παραλαβή στην ώρα του ( και νωρίτερα) από πρακτορείο για μειωμένα έξοδα, τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία σε κάθε βήμα, λογικότατες τιμές. Θα τους ξαναπροτιμησω μελλοντικά! It is difficult to find a store with excellent continuous and mainly polite service (especially provincial). Well done to them for their healthy professionalism. Purchase of kitchen table with cash on delivery, timely delivery (and earlier) from an agency for reduced costs, telephone communication at every step, very reasonable prices.
